So convenient when on the Isle or at Waldemeer. I enjoyed my turkey burger - nicely seasoned, and you add your own lettuce, tomato, etc. from a condiment bar. Others in my party did not like the hamburgers. Sorry that I did not try an ice cream dessert! Loved the retro, drive-in decor!

This was our first visit, but it won't be our last! Service was quick, despite being very busy. The Chicago Italian beef sandwich was huge and delicious! Onion rings were good and crispy, and cheeseburger was good with lots of free toppings available. A very good value

I always love stopping at Sara's for the dog bar. The diner was originally located just a mile from my home in Butler, PA and it is so nice to take the step back to my childhood and reminisce while enjoying some good food. All of the kids that work here are pleasant. A must stop every trip to Erie.

This place looked like it would be great, but I wasn't impressed. The atmosphere seemed great, but the food wasn't. The hamburger seemed like it was a store bought patty and the curly fries had no taste. I used a lot of ketchup to get through my meal. It was a let down.

I get that Sara's is an institution for beach goers at Presque Isle park, but we weren't thrilled. Yes, a cool, beach town vibe. But really, the cheeseburger I had was less than average compared with other diners I frequent. Onion rings were above average, but not my best-ever. It was fun to sit outside, but its not like there's... More

Great atmosphere, excellent burgers and Smith's hot dogs. Wonderful shakes and ice cream. My favorite is the strawberry sundaes with whipped cream and pecans. Get something to eat then go walk the trails of Presque Isle.

Great summer location near the entrance to Presque Isle. However ever for this hot dog /hamburger type place, everything was rushed.....hot dogs were barely charcoal grilled and French fries greasy

Love going here for ice cream after the beach. By far the best ice cream in Erie. Between the food, ice cream and the fun atmosphere, you won't find a better place. Love the milkshakes and sherbet!

Sara's is a great place to eat if you like nostalgia. Great hamburger's and dogs amongst other things. Onion rings are awesome. Lots of self serve toppings and sauces for your burger's. They also have great ice cream...shakes are real good and the orange twist cones are my kids favorite. Don't be put off by a large crowd the service... More

Try the Chicago Beef sandwich and the vanilla orange twist cone. This place has a ton of seasonings and sauces for your fries...
