great food, service and price

Stopped in Erie for 2 day work visit and and dinner at this restaurant. I ordered the breaded chicken parmesan and started with the roasted red pepper Bruschetta, it was super good and that combined with my salad was almost enough for dinner! Once my dinner came, just the right time, it was... read more

I make me own sauce, so I'm very particular about red sauce. Their sauce is amazing. My husband had the lasagna and I had the gnocchi; both were incredible. The meatballs are also excellent. My 12 yr old daughter ,who is a very picky eater, had their fried raviolis, which she loved. She said they DIDN'T taste like the packaged... More

First, it looks charming on the inside. Tracey was our server and she had a great since of humor and kept up with the group. There was a group of 6 of us, we were in Erie for a corporate store move. We were celebrating a successful new store location set up. So glad that we picked Serafini's. The food... More

Very good, family Italian. Nice atmosphere. Entrees - eggplant parm and meat ravioi with meatballs... both very good. Excellent desserts, fresh and flavorful. Lots of variety on the menu... if they were in our city, we would eat there frequently!

The food is pretty good (but routine Italian fare) and the portions are very generous. The prices are very reasonable for a nice restaurant. The only complaint I have was the service was very slow. Clearly the wait staff was overworked. It is a fairly large restaurant and the night we were there (a Sunday) there several large parties (6... More

My husband and I like to order carry out (subs) here when we are in the area. We have also ate in and it has been very good. The meatballs are awesome, and the homemade pasta and sauces are good. You can make a reservation, but it's really not needed unless it's a holiday. The atmosphere could be improved a... More

First the good the red sauce and the house made pasta was amazing. Now the bad the 80s called and said they wanted their decor back. The veal picatta was only lemon juice and water without any seasoning. Way overpriced and the bread was store bought. Then after the waiter went on about how fresh and high quality the deserts... Great Italian. 5 star pastas and sauces. Anyone posting less on the food must work at a pizza shop down the block. It's very good.

We ate here the night before a half-marathon thinking that italian food was a safe choice. I wish that were true. While most of the food tasted good, my husband received his shrimp pasta with almost raw shrimp. We figured it out after he had eaten a couple and thought that they didn't taste right. When we brought it to... More
