Nostalgic 1948 Silk City diner (on the National Historic Registry) located in East Erie, Lawrence Park Township. Serving Breakfast from open till 11 am and Lunch 11 am to close. HOURS: Tuesday-Saturday 7 am to 3 pm. Sunday 8 am to 2 pm (serving from our Breakfast menu only on Sunday) Closed on Mondays.

Was there for lunch... not crowded.. got a booth right away. Small old school dinor. Good food, wish we would have been there for breakfast though, the menu looked amazing. Staff was quick and very welcoming!!

Three of us ate here. Food & Service were great. Dad ordered the special which was a lot of food. Not crowded.

U step back in time to good old fashioned cooking n great food and price. Fun to watch your food cooked in front of you. Greeks are great as well as breakfast you won't go away hungry, but greatly satisfied

We stopped for breakfast on our way to visit friend in NY. It was great. Had griddled home fries, eggs, sausage and blueberry pancakes. It was all good but the pancakes were great and enough for me. Stop if you are in Erie!

just had a meal here and the food and service were very good.the prices are also very good. less than 15 dollars for two. only open till 3 pm so no dinner or late nite.

Cool decor,food is average, service is friendly. Don't order orange juice here. Blueberry pie with ice-cream was good, rest of the order was not so good, sorry

This is an old school diner that is slightly bigger than my living room. There are maybe seven four-person booths and a few seats at the counter. The owner, waitresses and cook couldn't be more friendly. They engage all of their customers in conversation and made the meal a very enjoyable experience. We stopped in for breakfast here and it was really good. The service was great and the food was Excellent. Not what you expect when you pull in. Best breakfast and omelette we have ever had. Totally recommend.
