I found this on Trip Advisor and we were on our way to Niagara Falls, so I wanted to stop here and eat and show my kids a little nostalgia. You feel like you are walking back in time. The original signs were there also.My husband, kids and I sat at the counter. The waitress was so friendly and took our... More

Came to the Dinor on the 9th July - what a gem! We were in Erie for just one night and found the Dinor on Tripadvisor, well what a find. Unfortunately only had time for breakfast. We had an amazing breakfast and the hot cakes were to die for. We were made so welcome. We have travelled extensively in the... More

Every time we visit family in Erie, we make time for a Lawrence Park Dinor breakfast. It's better every time! Today's was no exception. Over-medium eggs cooked to perfection, Texas toast done right and potatoes to die for. All at the right price and served up with a smile by Shana. So great to see Becky's smiling face once again.... Breakfast was so good that we returned the next day during our visit to Lake Erie! Shakes were the best we ever had! Hot cakes and home fries amazing! Everyone was so friendly including the other patrons. We got a lot if good tips for our stay. Wish we lived closer as this would be a regular stop for us!

What a delightful establishment! We stumbled on the Dinor by accident and are already looking forward to our return. Take a step back in time. Service was great and food was great.

If you are in Erie and looking for breakfast, look no further. Go to Lawrence Park and treat yourself to not only a great breakfast but also step back in time. The diner is over 60 years old and is on the National Register of Historic Places. Inside it probably has not seen much change in the past 60 years... More
