It really does look like a hole in the wall- but it was absolutely wonderful. We had a delicious reuben, gyro and homemade soup. The waitress even gave us all soup samples as a pleasant surprise! The prices were good, service was excellent and the atmosphere you can't beat.

I am sitting here wondering why all the grave reviews for this average place. Food was average had a so called Rubin and it was okay nothing to write home to mom about. The french fries were like cardboard. Chili was good I at least give them that. Don't try to use the bathroom for it is about 4/4 stuffed... More

We luckily happened upon the LPD on a roadtrip and couldn't have been happier. Delicious food, perfect diner atmosphere, really friendly and welcoming staff. We can't wait to go back

So neat eating in the only good serving dinor car in PA. Their friendly service and food are phenomenal. It's well worth the low price. I've been there at least 10 times and have never had bad food. Definitely a go to

We stopped on our way to Pittsburgh from Guelph and were pleasantly surprised. The food and the overall experience was excellent. The Dinor is definitely a hidden gem with lots of charm. You can sit and read all of the signs hanging all over the dinor while watching your food being prepared. The homemade soups and pies are fantastic!

Very pleased to say that I LOVE this place! From the time you step in, to the time you step out, the Lawrence Park Dinor is nothing short of amazing. The entire staff is always so friendly and accommodating. Classic diner food with huge portions at a great price. I just moved in across the street from the Dinor and... More

If you're looking for a diner fix, look no further. Classic diner food, a good cup of coffee, family-run, historic location - you feel like you're stepping back into a piece of American history. But it's the staff that really transform this into a special experience. Friendly, welcoming and greeting most customers by name, at times we felt like we... More

About 12 years ago I lived around the corner from the Lawrence Park Dinor and stopped in once a week for a cheeseburger and Greek fries. Fast forward: I moved back to the Erie area in May. I've visited the Dinor 3 times in the past month with many more visits to come. First things first: The staff always greets... More

I had the Reuben and sweet potato fries, my husband had a hamburger and fries. We both had a cup of soup. The Reuben one of the best Reuben sandwiches I have ever had. The soup was excellent. When you are driving through a downtown section, this is the type of locally owned restaurant that you are looking for. I... More
