Well-kept secret in Erie?

We visited on a Friday night with a group of six. From the first minute when we entered the back room, the experience was perfect in every way. The service provided by Todd was matched by the exceptional food. We started with the mushroom appetizers and bruschetta, followed by lettuce wedges with fabulous blue cheese dressing and REAL tasty bacon.... More

Excellent service. The trout dinner was exceptional; stuffed with mushrooms and a nice side of zucchini. Salad with roasted egg plant was yummy and easily shared by two. Key lime cheese cake was delicious with real whipped cream. A large serving, easily shared. BYOB is a deal we all can love.

Terrific service + a lot of fun, as 10 of us celebrated a family birthday in the back room on a busy Friday night. Our gracious waitresses kept us supplied with fresh glasses for a variety of wines we were sharing and a steady supply of super-delicious warm crusted dinner rolls. For appetizers, the bruschetta + the mushrooms in garlic... More

We used to love coming to this restaurant but our last couple of visits have been dissapointing. My husband and I decided that last night's visit will be our last. For starters, they were out of the lamb shank dish. Considering that this restaurant is only open for dinner two nights a week and we had a Friday night reservation... More

I'm giving this place five stars mostly because of the waiter. The guy had us in stitches all during the lunch. He was a riot. The food was also excellent, and they have lunch-time entertainment. This is a great place for a casual sit-down lunch.

Pie in the Sky is one of our favorite restaurants. The quality of the food and the skill of the chef make for an always delicious meal. The lamb is outstanding and the trout is the best I have ever eaten. The salads are fresh and full of delightful additions of nuts and fruit. The name of the restaurant is... More

When ever we go back to Erie and are looking for a great lunch or dinner, we stop at Pie in the Sky. Check the days and hours because there have been times on our breeze through Erie that it is not open. We went for a dinner and had 4 teens and 4 adults. Many at the table had... More

The crab cakes were about the best I've ever had, but for $24.95 what did I get? 2 tiny crab cakes, a tiny ramekin of roasted red pepper sauce, and a small assortment of grilled zucchini and squash. Are you kidding?? More like an appetizer portion. I felt ripped off. Not even a salad? The prices here are just absurd.
