I rate the customer service very poor. Gus's doesn't honor the Ephrata Diner gift certificates since they bought the business. I don't think the consumer should be out their money! They should be honored!

We didn't like our food, no flavor. The water was even terrible. I would never go again. If you're in the area, don't waste your time.

Great place for breakfast or lunch. Can't say about dinner, I've never been. Food is consistently good, service very friendly.

This is a great diner and the food is really well done. The coffee is excellent as well. Friendly service, exceptional wait staff. We'll be going back.

The night we were there it was very busy. The food came out in good time. We enjoyed everything we ordered.

I enjoy coming here for a good rubin Sandwich. The service seems to be good and the cleanliness and hospitality of the staff is great. They do seem to run a bit short handed at times leading to an increased wait for your order but I feel everything else makes up for it.

My husband and I had breakfast here this morning. Service was almost nonexistent. I order a breakfast sandwich with bacon. It came with a pieces of bacon crumbled up in the scrambled egg mixture! What the heck for $2.50 more where were the strips of bacon??? My husband had eggs, toast, and meat. No jelly on the table and couldn't get... More

The Ephrata Diner is a great place to have breakfast, lunch, or dinner. We love the layout of comfortable, private booths. The food is great and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. The homemade baklava is sensational. Eating here is always a treat.

Went to the Ephrata diner recently for breakfast. Service was good, big portion, food was good. I can't really say anything bad but it's just your typical diner. There isn't usually a wait which is a plus. Would eat there again.
