We ate at Lilly's at the suggestion of our b&b hostess. Our drinks were delicious but pricey. Main suggestion is to chop the Caesar salad instead of serving a wedge of romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing and one anchovy and 2 olives. We also had vegetable ravioli that was excellent but drowned in sauce. The tomato/mozzarella salad really needed at... More

Service was so slow and the place was not busy. We had to chase the waiter down for beverage refills. Dinner took 50 minutes to get to our table and nothing was complicated. When we looked disappointed, our waiter blamed it on the cooks who were "hungover" as he phrased it. When we did get our food, it was so-so... More

Last week my wife and I were looking for a nice restaurant in the Ephrata, PA area. The one we were planning to eat at was closed for some renovations. We strolled the streets of the city and found this gem. The food, service, and atmosphere was excellent. Their seasonal menus change every 2 to 3 months to provide a... More

OK, we arrived at 1:30 on a Friday afternoon. We did not see a sign in front but the Garmin told us we were there. We parked in back and as approaching a theatre we saw" Lily's on Main" on the Marque. So, we went in and found a sign that said second floor. And there it is and it... More

We stopped here after a visit to the Cloisters for lunch. This restaurant has a very nice atmosphere, with open space and plenty of light. We enjoyed the Manhattan Clam Chowder, spinach salad, tuna melt, and Margarita flat bread pizza, these were all excellent with delicious fresh tomatoes. Big heat was the crab meat soft pretzel. We will take a... More

With an Art Deco atmosphere we had a very enjoyable experience. When the salads arrive the first thing we do is take pictures. They look like works of art. You almost don't want to eat them. But believe me that is the best part. There is always a dish made up to welcome the season or holidays. The same can... More

I called ahead and made reservations to celebrate a special anniversary. We were greeted and seated promptly. Our waitress was very attentive and knew the menu well. Her recommendations were all on point. We had the seasonal offerings -- tomato & mozzarella salad (the mozzarella was grilled) and the stuffed flounder. The pace of the meal was slow -- more... More

Lily’s is an attractive restaurant done in an art deco style with a terrific view over the town and countryside. Our waitress and the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. The menu is varied with a wide selection of appetizers and entrees. The restaurant has a good selection of wines and advertises its wide variety of cocktails and a whiskey... More

So many locals raved about Lily's and my travel guide recommended it but I just wasn't thrilled. My mom and I ate lunch there--mom had a burger which was fine. I had the recommended rasberry chicken which was thick and a little dry. It wasn't a bad place, just not a thrill.

Today was Mother's Day and my husband chose Lily's for our family. We were immediately seated for our 1 p.m. reservation. They did not seem very busy, but it took a long time before a waitress took our drink and food order. The wait for our dinner was almost 1 hour! The food arrived and the mash potatoes were hard...
