I was hoping that since this place was a chain, that there was something good about it, but it doesn't seem original at all! The pizza is messy, greasy, and doesn't taste very good. I also ordered breadsticks and they were pre-made and dusted with some italian spices! My college had the same breadsticks! My college also had the same... More

After serveral bad experiences with Grotto at H.L. I decided to write a review. A few nights ago we ordered from grotto with trepidation since we have had a a few bad experiences, however at the lake they are pretty much the only game in town, for now anyway. We ordered grand slam wings, a med chicken wing pizza and... More

Took friends to Grotto the other night and was embarrassed when they delivered the dried up pizza. This was always my favorite pizza growing up, but recently the food quality has gone down. They also water down the soda so much, it doesn't taste like anything.

When you start with sauce that is this good it's hard to end up with a bad pizza no matter what toppings you pick. Very surprised I have been to other Grotto locations and wasn't impressed but this location was worth a re-try.

Don't care for sweet sauce on pizza. Nothing spectacular about their pizza their boneless wings are OK, but nothing to write home about.

We have known Grotto Pizza for our "lifetime." . . from growing up and visiting the original Harvey's Lake site. Recently, we ordered what will be our "last pizza" from the Wilkes-Barre location. The pizza was horrible - it was dry; hardly any cheese. We could hardly recognize that it was "Grotto" pizza. I phoned the manager and informed him... More

It's not the worst pizza I've ever had, and it's certainly not the best. The few times I've ordered take-out, they've screwed up the order. The last time I ordered and went in they didn't even have the order. They claimed I must've called one of their other locations. Um, I don't think so. I think I would know what... More
