After a visit to Ireland, we happened upon this place. It looked a lot like the pubs we encountered in Kilkinney, even to the signs on the wall and the poets' corner. The food had the same unique tastes we had sampled. Strangley enough, visiting my wife's family in Ireland, we asked for their favorite local food. The answers included... More

Just had a college graduation party at this pub and could not be happier. Our original venue site was flooded and did not even have the courtesy to notify us that they would not be reopening in time to hold our long reserved party (Manayunk Brewery. :(). After finding out by chance, and with only a week to go, we... More

Great selection of beers and great pub style menu offerings. Try the chili and/or shepherd's pie!! Great staff and atmosphere!

Maggie's has a great neighborhood atmosphere. Also the food is really good bar food. And the drinks are flowing. Anyone upset by the service is probably in the wrong place. This is the type of place most people come to eat slow and hang out a while. This is a great bar with a lot of local flavor. Truly a... More

We like Maggies and looked forward to eating there before going to the theater. The food was good but the service was lousy. Our meals took forever to come out, even though we were seated before 5:00 and the restaurant was almost empty. The waitress disappeared and had to be flagged down for more water. She was friendly and brought... More

Stopped by Maggie O'Neill's on labor day weekend. The best part of this place is they have a good craft beer selection for an Irish Pub. They focused mainly on locals with a few from around the country. The food was good. It was pretty standard Irish Pub fare, fish and chips, shepherd's pie, banger's and mash, pot pies, etc.... More

Went for lunch. The sandwiches (especially the Reuben) were great. Possibly the best Reuben I've had outside of a New York deli.
