Good friends, good food in close quarters

Perfect spot for old friends getting together. Although the tables are jammed in , once seated at the table we were quite comfortable. The noise level was also high but diminished over time. Its BYOB so make sure pick up a bottle before coming. A nice variety on the menu and the daily specials were... read more

This was my first visit in the end of May 30, 2015. I had concerns because reviews spoke of the noise level and close proximity of the tables. Those reviews were true. But after the pleasure of having our waiter and wonderful attentive staff serve us I will say without hesitation that I had an absolutely fantastic meal with two... More

One of our favorite restaurants of all-time. Delicious appetizers and entrees, every single time! Very small, tables are tight, need a reservation made well in advance. Although there is no ambiance and other people are a little too close for comfort, the food brings us back time and time again. A BYOB is a plus since all menu items are... More

This was our first time at this restaurant. My husband and I shared caesar salad (it's definitely big enough to do so) his entree was spaghetti with their specialty meatballs and broccoli rabe. I had the seafood and pasta special. Both of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Loved the bread and oil and we will definitely be back. BYOB is... More

We visited Domani Star with friends for a fun evening out. The food was quite enjoyable, especially the polenta appetizer and chocolate cake dessert. The coffee was quite good as well, except that we didn't have time to truly enjoy it. A little more than two hours into our meal, we were approached by a waiter (he wasn't even our... More

We stopped going to DS because it is so crowded and noisy although the food was great and the place is BYOB, which is always good.

Normally after dining in a Doylestown area restaurant and I am disappointed with quality and value of the meal. Domani Star in Doylestown was a very pleasant surprise. The food is quality and preparation was excellent. The staff was friendly but not overbearing. We ordered a first course and entrées. All were superior. Yet next time, we will only have... More

This is our favorite restauramin town . During our last visit we went there again and it was a pleasure to see that the food and service continue to be the same after 14 years. Their polenta with Gorgonzola and their meatballs are unbeatable !!!

I have been to this restaurant a few times. I have had great dinners and some ok dinners. Also I feel if you go and they aren't that busy the staff makes you feel like you are keeping them too long. I'm not sure if I will go back.

Great prixe fixe meals with BYOB, also open menu. It is small and noisy, but food is great. Reservations are a good idea. The bruschetta appetizer is absolutely the best anywhere.!
