I have eaten lunch here on three different occasions and each time I was seated in the outside section which really adds to the overall experience of this place. The tree branches, white lights, small tables, and views of the passing traffic and in-town activities create a great environment for spending a relaxing afternoon with friends. The restaurant serves olives... More

They serve bread by the piece, not by the basket. I asked for extra bread, and was told I couldn't have any "Until they were sure they had enough bread for everyone else in the restaurant." (ACTUAL QUOTE) We wanted to sit in the outside garden, no one was there, told it was completely reserved. However, by the time we finished... More

We have enjoyed the wine bar and pub many times across the street, but this was the first time visiting the restaurant. We visited on a Saturday night for our daughter's birthday. The restaurant layout is very unique offering multiple levels and the opportunity to sit outside when the weather is nice. The service was good as our servers were... More

Don't get the eggplant parmigiana. For the price you pay, all you get is a small piece of eggplant. That's it. No pasta. No sides. Just a small piece of eggplant. The off-menu specials are good, but regular menu items are boring and unimpressive.

We walked into Paganini and before hello the hostess asked if we had reservations. We didn't. I wanted to tell her to look behind her. The place was practically empty. Then she said, "Well, if you want to sit outside there won't be an opening until 8." Then she disappeared and so did we. Whatever happened to a friendly greeting?... More

I have loved this place for years. I try other local spots, old and new, and I just keep eagerly coming back. Where else can you find truly made-from-scratch pasta? Their unbelievable warm bread melts in your mouth - also homemade, daily. This is authentic cooking. Spaghetti bolognese or anything else. Sometimes I save half and eat it the next... More

Paganini is an Italian restaurant, but it is an Italian restaurant with an imaginative menu largely inspired by Northern Italian cuisine. No pastas covered with mozzarella and drowning in marinara sauce, no red checkered table cloths, no chianti bottles with candles on the table, no scenes of Venice and the Amalfi Coast on the wall. There are some spaghetti dishes,... More

We ate here for lunch today. We split the escargot and the carpaccho beef with cheese appetizers. We also split a salad (funghi) and it had a tasty light dressing. Bread with olive oil was served to us without us asking for it. We had a daily special for one entree that was a spicy chicken pasta and our second... More

The place was charming and all staff were extremely pleasant. The pasta dishes were "heavy" and difficult to digest.
