I understand wanting to cut calories but in response to the recent post I have to say cutting the tarragon cream sauce from this meal would be like cutting out sauce from a pasta dish lol. Don't do it! It obviously ties the dish together. It just makes sense that you would ruin the dish by doing so. I'm in... More

Ate at Paganini's this past Saturday as part of a girlfriends' get-away weekend. We liked their pizza, thought the salad was good but boy-oh-boy were we ever disappointed in the entree. We ordered a veal dish with lemons and cream, but told them to hold the cream. The veal tasted like cardboard and looked like processed bologna!!! It was horrible.... More

Haven't been there for a long time and went last eve. The pasta is so good and tender that you know it's home made. All our dinners were outstanding. the fungi salad is still my favorite. My wife and I had baby clams with pasta and it's not on the menu, you have to ask for it. Usually it 's... More

Very good homemade pasta dishes that were not over-sauced. European sized portions. Service fair at best. Drink refills and bread very slow. Outside dining in warm weather. May be a bit noisy depending on traffic. More smiles when greeted by the wait staff would of improved the atmosphere.

My wife and I have eaten here twice in fall of 2013 when we have been in mood to be in Doylestown for dinner. Late fall we ate outside twice here and had a very good time and meal when we were there. Just need to remember it is a BYOB. Once we were planning to go somewhere else and... More

Recently returned from a trip to Rome, as we sat on the sun porch, our lunch at Paganini was so delicious that it was hard to believe we weren't still there! Along w/ a crisp green salad, my paper-thin spinach & cheese frittata was served piping hot in a small skillet & was the best I've had anywhere. The thin-crusted... More

We enjoyed our dinner at Paganini's. We both had pasta dishes which were tasty. The house wine & beer seemed a little more expensive than average. Desert for both of us was good, as well. On the down side, they seemed a little stingy giving out the bread, one small piece at a time - when you asked for it.... More

My husband and I have eaten at Paganini Ristorante three times so far. We absolutely love the homemade pasta! The service has always been great for us, they use a team effort so several employees come to help you during your dining experience. They encourage you to take your time and do not rush you. You can have as many... More

We chose Paganini after walking by the attractive outdoor courtyard, and had to make a quick decision. All the surrounding restaurants were packed, and this was less than half full. Even though the menu was weird, with each day of the week having three choices, and the everyday menu being very limited, we decided to try it anyway. The waiter was pleasant,... More

The atmosphere in this place outside on a lovely late Spring night is incomparable. The service was good. But the food was just fair. The pasta was chewy, and rather than letting true flavors come out, they over salt the food, like so many other Italian -American restaurants. They also seem to like to put cream in places where it... More
