Great place

The food is excellent, great service experience. They have a large outside patio. This is not your average restaurant. In my opinion it's one of the best places in the area. The place sits inside a small retail center, not easy to find from the street.

Always loved the food, however I ordered the 'Jeff's Special', and it wasn't as I remembered. The chicken was very dry and tough. Everything else was good.

Had their mushroom soup- the bowl is huge and it is so unique and tasty. Not a cream based soup- full of flavor. Also had the crab sandwich- lots of crab and the pretzel roll was perfect for it- liked the combination of condiments on it as well. Very attentive waiter and comfortable surroundings. The music playing was a bit... More

Mushroom soup was excellent as usual but my salmon was way over salted. I had to take the salmon off my sandwich and left most of my salmon mac & cheese behind. This was very disappointing because just a few weeks earlier I had an excellent meal there. What upset me the most however was the waiter/waitress, who I would... More

We were very impressed by this restaurant. Great menu, good service. I particularly liked the key lime cheese cake. Just note that it doesn't have a liquor license so it's bring your own alcohol. Definitely worth a visit. Just note it's closed on Mondays, and closes at 9pm so go early.

We discovered Out of the Fire by happy accident a few years ago and have returned several times. Had a wonderful dinner there last night. A word of warning however: If you want wine with your meal, or a before-dinner cocktail, you have to bring your own booze.

We enjoyed this restaurant, which is about the only one in the area. The scallops were tasty if a bit salty and the molten lava cake was great. We had to ask for bread and when we did, the waitress seemed surprised that we wanted it, which was odd. The service was a bit lackluster for this type of restaurant.... More

I am from Cincinnati where our foodie scene is booming. We have tons of options for unique restaurants and have traveled to many cities expecting the same with not many options. I was shocked that this restaurant existed in the area and had a lovely evening!

We were looking for a new place to go to celebrate our anniversary. We heard about Out of the fire and thought what the heck! I am so glad we made the hour drive. This place is very nice. We started out on the deck, but it got a little cool so we moved inside. Our Waiter, Mike, was very... More

When my sister called and invited my husband and I to meet her and her husband for dinner there I thought to myself, well okay, we have to drive 45 minutes to get there but what the heck. I am glad we did. It was a very warm evening and we chose to eat outside under the covered patio. The... More
