Everything we'd heard or read about this restaurant pointed to a wonderful dining experience...well. Not wonderful exactly - but too bad either. The place was packed and we were seated next to a HUGE table filled with a drunken bachelorette party. Pretty entertaining but kind of a distraction. Did I mention, you need to bring your own liquor? Well, these... More

We had an absolutely delicious meal at Out of the Fire Cafe! All of us had the steak filet which melted in our mouths. Everything we got tasted extra special. The sauces used were perfect. We tried the salmon appetizer and it did not disappoint! We also had some of their famous mushroom soup which was very good also. It... More

Everything we ordered was delicious! The roasted mushroom soup, I ordered lamb, my husband ordered a steak, everything was top shelf. yum! Beautiful, rustic setting. Reservations are a must for the weekends... we tried on several occasions to eat there without, we finally remembered to make some and were not disappointed.

We had dinner with six other people and tried a wide range of items from the menu. Everything was mind blowing except the steak. It was cooked properly but just not a good cut of beef. The scallops, halibut, mussels, grilled water melon, mushroom soup, smoked salmon- were so good and so perfectly done I kept repeating I can't believe... More

This place was recommended to us by the Duty Manager at our hotel (the Holiday Inn) and she was absolutely right. Great food and great service. We brought our own wine (there's a decent shop at the bottom of the hill where you can get something). The restaurant has only just started opening on a Tuesday and you can see... More

We selected this restaurant based on the Trip Advisor reviews and we were really disappointed. Waiter raved about how great the steak was and it was not tender and the side dishes were terrible. Price was very high for the quality of food. Plus you must remember to bring your own wine since they do not have a liquor license.

The food was delicious and the menu had quite a variety of selections. We live near DC and even we found the prices of the entrees to be very high but the appetizers were great and priced nicely. The deck area was perfect for a lovely, cool afternoon - the dining room looked quite nice too. The wait staff was... More

After visiting Fallingwater in Mill Run, we were on the lookout for a place to eat on our way north. Restaurants are scarce in that area, believe me. So imagine what a nice surprise it was to find Out of the Fire right along the road! Aside from a bit of "where'd the waitress disappear to," it was a very... More

This is a great find!! While on a trip to Seven Springs for a work conference, some co-workers and I found this great restaurant. The food was exceptional and so was the service. I was able to taste many items on the menu and all were delicious. The desserts are made in house and certainly do not disappoint. I would... More

Great, creative menu...lamb lollypops on roasted cauliflower with spicy spinach-yum! Blackened tenderloin with cheese grits and mango slaw... Roasted mushroom soup... that is what we had but I really could have stayed in the area just to have been able to try out many other things on the menu! On the pricy side but really yummy sounding, creative food. Mussels,... More
