Description: Out of the Fire Cafe is a family owned and operated casual restaurant serving New American cuisine year round. We have been creating flavors amidst laughter and friends since the year 2007. The Cafe is tucked into the Laurel Highlands of Pennsylvania, conveniently located near area ski resorts, Frank Lloyd Wright's Fallingwater and Kentuck Knob, numerous state parks, and the rushing Pennsylvania Turnpike. Out of the Fire Cafe welcomes guests with an open kitchen where guests are able to peer into a mesmerizing scene of flashing flames and artistic finesse. The spacious dining area is complimented by an incredible view of the Laurel Highlands ridgeline. Deck dining is offered when the weather permits giving diners the opportunity to take in the rolling countryside. We are a Bring Your Own Beer or Wine establishment so don't forget to snag your beverage of choice. For a reservation please call the phone number listed below.

We came here after recommendations from friends and I must say we were disappointed. We were told it was business casual well I guess the business must be farming. We dressed in " business casual". Everyone here was in jeans, boots, ski clothing. Oh well. Reservations sure weren't needed, the place was not crowded and the seating was not that... More

My family and I ate at Out of the Fire recently for my birthday. The food, as usual, was delicious. The available options satisfy everyones palate, from meat-lovers to vegetable lovers. The mushroom soup is always good, as are the appetizers. The atmosphere is warm and inviting with a subtle "mountain lodge" feel. Our server was extremely friendly and helpful.... More

I've said it before, and I'll say it again - this place has the BEST tuna tacos in the WORLD. I've traveled a lot and haven't had better. They aren't your traditional Mexican style tacos, but they are truly mouthwatering. Love them! One note - (disappointingly), they only have them for lunch. Not dinner. And they wouldn't budge and make... More

This was by far the best food we had during our 7 day stay at Seven Springs. We took our 2 year old son and had lunch. After spending several hundred at the "highend" restaurant in the resort we were so disappointed in the service and quality of our meal. Driving past this we decided to give it a shot.... More

Awesome food. We had the Oyster Rock and the Brie with relish app. Both were very tasty. For dinner we had everything from Filet mignon, Pork and sea bass and chicken tenders. All had great sides and great salads. It is the only place I would suggest to eat in the area. Service was great. It is also BYOB so... More

We were on our way home to Wilkes-Barre, PA from Fallingwater, and quite by accident we found this gem of a restaurant. The menu was unique, but appealed to even the pickiest eater in the group. The mushroom soup and the fish tacos were the hits. I must recommend Out of the Fire to our 7 Springs friends.

I found this place a couple of years ago on a visit to Fallingwater and I have never had a bad experience. My most recent visit was "thanksgiving" dinner as my wife worked the holiday. We both had the lamb shank and it was a huge portion and was excellent over a bed of couscous and broccoli rob. Both of... More

Skip 7 Springs overpriced menus and travel 15 minutes to Out of the Fire. Menu changes with the seasons and though I may question one or two ingredients when looking at he menu, I've loved every meal I've had. They are BYOB so make sure you stop at Sarnelli's Wine Cellar beforehand.

We were visiting Pittsburgh and planned a day trip to Fallingwater. A colleague suggested this restaurant as a must-stop for lunch if we had the time. We planned accordingly and our group (5 of us) reserved for an early lunch on our way to Fallingwater. The place exudes warmth from the moment you walk in, from the delicious aroma coming... More
