Everybody raved about the pizza at Colarusso's, so I was excited to try it. It was quite underwhelming. The crust was the only good part, the sauce was bland and subpar, and the toppings were average. The only thing that saved the night was the awesome service. The waitress was wonderful and the food came quickly. I will not go... More

Long and short - this is a restaurant in a strip mall. The food is better than what you would expect, the ambiance is exactly what you would expect. Pizza is good. The baked "Italian" wings are very good. Meatballs are good. Mac and cheese is very good. A better draft beer selection could earn another star, as could more... More

I was out for a solo meal while waiting for my son to finish play practice. I had soup here a few months ago, but didn't really pay much attention to the menu. So anyway, I got hungry for stuffed white pizza (the Old Forge style, for the locals). I always liked Colarusso's version. Maybe this is a different family,... More

The pizza is great, the subs are terrific. We usually come here on Sundays during the winter. They offer an unusually tasty gluten free menu. The chicken parm dinner is one example. Michael is always friendly and Alisha is very attentive.

We decided to check out this restaurant last night around 6PM. The restaurant was about half full, so were seated immediately. My wife & I wanted soup & salad; we were not hungry enough to order pizza too. Maybe we will next time. We ordered an Italian Chef Salad for $10.95. I think it might have been the best salad... More

A Coal Fired Oven! What a treasure to have! I expected some of the best pizza EVER! I was let down. Pizza Margherita is what I ordered. It was...bad. I mean the crust was as magnificent as I had hoped but the cheese was bland and there were no crushed tomatoes just whole slices of tomato. Oh, and NO Basil.... More

it's like stepping into a New York City restaurant. I loved the atmosphere. The pizza was very good, but you have to like pizza that you don't fold. (it is not old forge style) Very tasty. Definitely worth a try.

My husband and I stopped here on our way through Scranton because we love coal fired pizza and wings. We arrived just in in time (6:00 pm weekday)...after we were seated there was quite a wait for tables. The wings were delicious (see photo), covered in carmelized onions, but could have been meatier. The pizza was very tasty but not... More

We stopped in mainly for their gluten free options we found online. The staff was knowledgeable and menu was manageable. Some of the best gluten free pizza.
