My wife and I went to the Pine Barn Inn for my birthday dinner. Whenever we go there we always request to sit in the bar area. It has a very cozy and rustic atmosphere with dark wooden beans along the ceiling and a large stone fireplace. For us the dim lighting and the smell of wood burning in the... More

For lunch with friends or a nice dinner with the hubby it's always been good. Their salads are nice and fresh. My husband always gets their steak. The crab cakes are better than most. We are fans!

The food and service are always great and the prices are reasonable for full meals. The atmosphere is a little more formal than most places in the area.

I had dinner her with my mom after traveling quite a distance. The service was speedy. The menu offered a large selection. The appetizer was a good portion for two and was at a great price. My main course was huge and even was enough for dinner the next night. I would definitely recommend the Pine Barn Inn.

this restaurant - and the adjoining motel - is located adjacent to the main danville campus of geisinger medical center. in fact, i think the hospital now owns it. you will see many medical staff, patients, and visitors eating here. upon request the hospital's shuttle buses provide service between the restaurant and geisinger's many buildings as well as the healthsouth... The Pine Bar Inn offers good food and a modest beer selection. I was happy to see--and drink--the locally brewed Old Forge T Rail Pale Ale there. Our group took over the patio dining room the last night of our stay, sans reservations, mind you. My "table" grew progressively as the evening went on, adding tables as more folks popped... More

The food here was delicious and it had an eclectic menu that covered vegetarians and carnivores alike. Our foods ranged from pork chops to mussels fra diavlo to salads and all were nice. And to top it off, the Turtle molten chocolate mini bundt cake was magnificent, as was the peanut butter pie and strawberry shortcake!

We were attending a 4-wheel & offroad jamboree in Bloomsburg PA and have been friends with a vendor at the show for many many years, they have been staying at this hotel / restaurant since they started attending this Jamboree. They suggested my husband try it out. My husband said the food was great it was one of the best... More

Menu is somewhat limited, but the food was tasty and well prepared. Wait service was friendly and helpful. The restaurant is extremely convenient if staying at the Inn.

I live in Danville and have been to the Pine Barn many times. This evening was a disappointment I met a few friends from work for dinner and a drink. We waited for about 45 minutes for our drinks and then another hour for our dinner. The food was ok but not up to Pine Barn standards. Our server was... More
