Connor's Grillroom opened to the Back Mountain in 2002. Since then, Chef Paul Matalonis has been serving both quality interpretations of classic dishes and daring new ventures into the uncharted territories of food. Decorated seasonally Connor's atmosphere is always fresh and elegant. Oak wood, lush booths, and contemporary finishing pieces surround the dining rooms while guests watch the art of cooking as it occurs in the our open-kitchen. Our restaurant is perfect for all occasions - whether it's for a birthday, shower, anniversary, funeral luncheon, or merely to unwind after work. We are open seven days a week at 4pm, with the option of ordering take-out. Connor's Grillroom is the best place in the Back Mountain to encounter the highest standard of food, beverage, and service.

Nice place to eat in back mtn.

Nice restaurant with attentive staff. Food is consistent and good . Little pricey but nice break from the chain restaurants. Would defiantly recommend trying.

Love the wine list, very knowledgeable personal in the first place. Portions are great for sharing, good ingredients, kitchen needs THAT upgrade to be great.

we were not at all impressed. The duck was rubbery and none of the flavors went together and actually was upsetting to the stomach. The waiter was pleasant until we had to keep reiterating that we were not ordering alcohol and then became very cool and dismissive to us. I am not sure if we will be back.

We were looking for somewhere nice to celebrate a birthday in the family. I've read some nice reviews and wanted to try it out. We had a very nice meal and all the entrées were very good. The service was also very good as well. A few of the entrées had "colossal crab". I wasn't sure what this was and... More

Food was excellent and the wine list surprisingly good for this little whole in the wall in Dallas. Sat at the bar and the service was great. Doesn't look like much from the highway, but has a very cool interior. Highly recommended.

My wife & I have been going to Connor's for over 10 years. We have found it to be consistently good with respect to food, ambience and service. It seemed to us at first like something you would find in New York, or some other larger cities, and that has not changed. We like the fact that it is open... More

Food is good with decent size portions but on the expensive side! Have been there many times over the years and could do with some menu changes.Service is generally good and the place is clean. Very active bar scene!

The food is consistently good. The crab cocktail is beautifully presented and delicious. The small plates are ideal for the weight conscious and the service is impeccable.

There are plenty of good restaurants out there. This one is good, but nothing special. The portions are quite small and the prices are too high for what you're getting.
