Surprisingly decent!

It's nice to be able to go through a drive through and get something good that is American Comfort Food. Surprisingly they are not busier but considering the American pallet, I guess I can understand.

Saw Boston Market on Undercover Boss and thought "that sounds so good!" So I went to the Boston Market in Cranberry. I hadn't been here in years!!! Just like on TV-I was greeted by the boy at the counter. (Although not by everyone-but who cares!) he was super helpful. The chicken mashed potato corn gravy bowl is the best thing!!!... More

This is not your average fast food restaurant visit. (This review is based on three visits over the past month or so.) This Boston Market has chosen to up the quality of their customers' visits. They have done so by increasing the service that their guest receive without raising their prices. Guests have their orders quickly placed. If a line... More

Food was so so. The potatoes were cold and hard. Think they needed another 10-15 minutes of cooking time. When we first walked into the store, no one acknowledged us or took our order though we were the only ones in line. Finally we walked over to one of the employees and asked him if he worked there and would... More

Everytime we went the chicken was undercooked. We would tell them when we went in the next time & again it's undercooked. We gave them 3 tries after that, 3 strikes you're out.

The food taste good going down, but my family always ends up sick after we eat here. This was the last time. We won't be going back.

We had to bring food back to the house due to my wife's broken ankle and lack of mobility. Package meal was more than adequate and very tasty. Service was quick and options were diverse enough to satisfy four different tastes.

Boston Market when a true find years ago when it just pened. Now the food is dull, unhealthy and overpriced for the slop that it is.

Off the main road. I just went through the drive-thru and ordered soup. The chicken noodle soup had too many onions in it and the crackers they gave me to go with it were crushed.
