Family restaurant in a corner of Pittsburgh near the airport. Restaurant is located in a small strip plaza. As with other reviews, the service was very good and the food was delicious. My only complaint was that service, while efficient, was a bit too fast; entrees came out while diners are eating appetizers. Desserts were offered soon after beginning entrees;... More

My 17 yr old daughter were traveling and due to fly out the next day at 6 am. Staying at La Quinta isn't typically my style except for when I have super early flights! The staff there however, recommended Mario's after I asked about a place for dinner that wasn't a chain. We thought it was terrific! The menu is... More

Atmosphere is nice and the food very good. The prices are a little expensive. Love the shrimp scampi and you get a nice portion. They also have a small event room on the other side.

We had a meeting and decided last minute to go out to eat . We kept adding numbers , they kept accommodating. The exterior was deceiving . The food and service was fantastic . This place was a big win . The staff deserves two thumbs up.

Stayed at the Sheraton nearby and ate here again. We arrived just as the restaurant was opening for dinner on a Saturday evening. We were actually the first group to be seated. We had a party of 6. We were asked if we had a reservation, which we did not. No problem, we were seated quickly and offered drinks. Service... More

You need a reservation. Nice family Italian restaurant. Has a bar section. Fried zucchini is very good. The wait staff really hustles.

My wife and I go to Mario's on a regular basis. We always have friendly service, great food and usually take some cannoli with us because we are too full to enjoy it there. My favorite dish is the Linguini Pescatoria and we love to start with an order of the Buffalo Mozzarella with Tomatoes & Basil. Definitely a good... More

Traveling through the area, I wanted to get something local. What a great choice! The service was great, I didn't have to wait to be seated (Thursday evening), and the food was top notch. I asked the waitress if they were famous for anything and she said they had the best chicken Romano in Pittsburgh. Indeed it was the best... More

I have been dining at Marios for quite some time now.......at the previous location, and now at the current location. Everything about Marios is enjoyment from when you walk in, to when you leave. Service has always been quite nice, with a great menu selection, and some specials that are always enjoyable. Marios has many exciting dishes, but I can't... More

I started to write "Your typical Family Italian/American restaurant" which it seeks to be. But having visited dozens of these across the Atlantic seaboard and throughout the Midwest, I'd actually rate one a bit lower. The staff was fine, and the menu what one might expect. But the food was nothing special, and the ambiance and decor a little flat... More
