Traveling through the area, I wanted to get something local. What a great choice! The service was great, I didn't have to wait to be seated (Thursday evening), and the food was top notch. I asked the waitress if they were famous for anything and she said they had the best chicken Romano in Pittsburgh. Indeed it was the best... More

I have been dining at Marios for quite some time now.......at the previous location, and now at the current location. Everything about Marios is enjoyment from when you walk in, to when you leave. Service has always been quite nice, with a great menu selection, and some specials that are always enjoyable. Marios has many exciting dishes, but I can't... More

I started to write "Your typical Family Italian/American restaurant" which it seeks to be. But having visited dozens of these across the Atlantic seaboard and throughout the Midwest, I'd actually rate one a bit lower. The staff was fine, and the menu what one might expect. But the food was nothing special, and the ambiance and decor a little flat... More

My wife and I have been to Mario's 3 times and have enjoyed all visits. Excellent Italian food! The service is usually very good, although we did have to wait a little while the last time we were there. The hostess was very apologetic about the wait though. We can't wait to go back!

Every year my husband and I visit the area and plan a trip to Mario's. The stuffed shrimp are my go-to dish, made with large shrimp and crab filling. Salads are always fresh and the house dressing is very good. The garlic rolls are especially good if you sprinkle parmesan cheese on them. Service is normally very good although the... More

Went there by chance for a quick dinner. Did not have reservations but we were seated quickly. The service was great as was the food. The portions were huge. There was enough left over for another meal. This is a great place to eat!!!!

Dined recently and had a very tasty meal and the service was excellent. They accommodated the requests at our table with no problem. Varied menu so something for everyone. Would return again.

I have lived in Moon Township area for 40+ years. This restaurant was originally in a different location with a different owner. The food was fabulous then. I had heard that they had changed owners so I had stayed away for quite awhile. Went last night- different owner, but they kept the same menu, same receipes AND same cook. The... More

I have been a Mario's fan for years. It has a different location and owner, but has kept the same ambiance and menue. The food is consistent, pleantiful and reasonable. Do try the Zucchini appetizer... the best around.

A co-worker and I were looking for something to eat and we pulled this up on our phones. This place was almost hidden and really didn't belong in the area and from my experience those are usually the best restaurant's. We went in and it wasn't anything spectacular as far as looks but the staff was amazing. Someone was always... More
