Great Food & Portions

They give large portions, you usually have leftovers to take home. Everything is fresh and Mancini's bread comes with meals. I prefer the eggplant parmesan which is excellent. They don't serve liquor, but you can bring your own wine. Service is usually good; only once did things seem a little... read more

The atmosphere was sort of dreary and the service not very good. This was the second time there and they no longer serve scallops. My husbands lasagna was very oily and just looked like a blob of cheese and sauce.

First time here. Locals seem to like it but everything is way way overpriced and average at best. No liquor. Maybe was good back in the day but would never recommend. Better off at Wendy's.

The food is very good, but the service is not. We ate our meal with the table crowded with salad plates and soup bowls In addition, we received one cup of coffee and were never asked if we wanted the second. After a very long time, we were able to locate our server to request the second.

Good, predictable, everyday type family restaurant. Wide range of food availability. Consistently good. Not a place for "special" dinners, but good for everyday.

First visit to Armstrong's and it was a good one. We waited about 10 or 15 minutes to be seated but it was worth it. The fried zucchini and stuffed peppers apps were great. My entree was the sausage casserole and it was delicious. I asked for penne and they forgot but that didn't matter much as it was still... More

When you go to Armstrong's Restaurant, be sure to go hungry! They serve fresh Italian bread ahead of your meal, which insures you leave full. The meal portions are large and quite filling. Of course, dessert is offered, but any time I've ever visited there's been no room left for it! Most everything is very tasty here - in particular,... More

The food is great, especially the stuffed eggplant Parmesan. The soup and salads were good also. Service was efficient. Overall great value for money.

Our family went to Armstrong's for an early afternoon lunch on a March Sunday anticipating a wait but was surprised that although they were crowded, it only took several minutes to rearrange some tables to accommodate our party of five. Used to eat at Armstrong's on a regular basis when working in the Moon area but after moving north, decided... More

Went in February for a business lunch. Had to wait about 10 minutes for a table, no surprise as the restaurant is always crowded. I had the grilled chicken sandwich which was delicious. The chicken while grilled was moist and tender. Armstrong's is always a good choice for lunch
