I like to call it the secret garden

I recently stumbled upon coyote and Im so glad that I did. The place is off the beaten path in conshy so if your traveling from out of the area it might be a bit hard to find. 4 of us came in for national tequila day. I got there a bit early so was able to grab a high... read more

Four of us for dinner seated outdoor in their patio near the fountain. Very pretty on a warm summer eve. Downhill from there as the guacamole we ordered was not served, when we asked for it, we got a small piece of avocado, then that was replaced by a tiny side serving, but by then we cancelled the order as... I know people who love this place. Have had great experiences and always want to go back. I have never felt that way. 2 of the three times it took over a half hour for somebody to greet us once we sat, another 45 for the food to come out, and had to go to the bar to get our... More

The renovations have made a HUGE difference and the outside dining and drinking areas are great for Happy Hour. The service is a little slow, but everyone is very nice. Great margaritas! Bring back the Margarita Towers!

I can't believe for a second that there are recent bad reviews for this restaurant. It is a great place! The food was great, the atmosphere is great, the service was great, and I had a great time. Went two nights in a row with coworkers in town for a meeting. The only margarita I have had that is better... More

We visited on a weeknight to celebrate our birthdays (4 ladies). We sat outside and it was fairly quiet with only a few tables with guests. Our server was polite but had minimal training in his job. He didn't know when to take plates away and the cadence of the meal was completely off. My food arrived with a food... More

Here's a quick TL:DR: Terrible customer service, hostess lies about manager, we never got to eat because we ended up having to walk out nearly 2 hours after reservation when our large group had only been served 3 waters up to that point. So we went to Coyote Crossing last night with a reservation at 7 pm for 12 people.... More

This was my second time at Coyote Crossing, the first time I had Fajitas, which I consider more American/Mexican food, versus traditional Mexican. I found the chicken fajitas bland. During my more recent trip, I went with the Burrito with fajita chicken and chorizo which was fabulous! I will definitely come back again. The decor is traditional Mexican, with a... More

Bottom Line: Tasty food, higher price range, very slow service when we went, eat there if you like robust and spicy flavors and high quality products. Not the best selection for kids. Good ambience. My wife, son, and I ate at Coyote Crossing on Saturday, Sept 20, 2014. We came in around 7pm, and it was apparent that it was... More

The Coyote Crossing has a pleasant inside atmosphere but an especially very nice outdoor atmosphere with its own bar region and fountain. Margaritas are appropriately varied and excellent. Large selection of the "usual suspects" are always well prepared and come with complimentary fresh chips and salsa . The guacamole is super and we generally get an order and then can... More
