Decent Mexican food

Stopped at this place as we were passing through the Philadelphia area. The food here is not your typical fast casual Mexican restaurant. The food is very reasonably priced.

This place does my heart good. What started as a small taqueria is still a small taqueria, but one that now packs the house. Word of mouth spread like wildfire, for good reason. The food is fantastic...fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere is no frills, but when you just want to get your Mexican grub on, this is the spot. I... More

The warm corn tortillas, fresh salsa and red sauce are all outstanding here. Great place to go for lunch, if you can find a table. Gets busy and loud inside, but a fun environment and great, fresh food.

Delicious, friendly service, perfect dumpy taqueria atmosphere, good prices. I love this place. Brings me to Mexico every time. The mole sauce is perfect as are the red and green salsas they bring to the table. Everything is great about this place, except taht too many people know it and it gets crowded at lunchtime. But teh service is quick... More

El Limon is an overgrown taquetterria. Seating is limited and service courteous but basic. However everyone is here for the authentic Mexican food. The food is worth the wait! Portions are generous and delicious

A little hole-in-the-wall joint, apparently a family business, with the freshest, most delicious Mexican dishes! You can get the more ho-hum stuff but most of their selections are slightly different from ordinary Mexican fare - and fabulous. Friendly, efficient service. Everything made to order, so a little bit of waiting but well worth it. Ambiente alegre y maravillosa comida!

Want REAL authentic Mexican. This is the place. Food is the most authentic I have ever had even comparing to Tx and Cal! Mostly a pick-up place, but you can eat in (very sparse and no atmosphere). Tacos were $2.75 each. Ting a was the best. Great food, great value- hey Chuahaua! try it Amigo!

Decided to try something different than italian in this town. Went with the marinated chicken tacos and one chorizo taco. The chicken ones were fantastic and I would get them again next time.

We are locals and I've eaten here 3 times over the past 2 weeks. The food tastes great and the prices are terrific. My wife and I had guacamole, fish tacos, a beef and a pork taco and lemonade and the bill came to about $20. Yes, the place is a dive but what do you want for a $5... More

I was traveling on business and stopped in for a quick lunch. This is a small restaurant in a rather rustic building. The interior has two small dining areas. I was in a hurry, so I made a quick decision and ordered chips and salsa and two soft tacos (one chicken, one carnitas). Everything was fresh. The chips were thick,... More
