Great place for a date!

I went Trattoria Totaro for a date recently and really enjoyed it. The waitstaff was attentive but not overwhelming. I ordered the lobster raviolli (which was delicious) and my date had the beef tenderloin. It's a small place which offers an intimate/moderately romantic setting. My only gripe is... read more

This is our favorite place in town! They offer all of their pasta dishes with option of gluten free pasta -which is unheard of around here! Even more importantly- all that we've tried here has exceeded expectations, food, atmosphere- love this place!

Make reservations if you want to go...This little restaurant is always crowed and that's no surprise as the food which is freshly made is as good as any restaurant in Italy. The staff is friendly and the kitchen is open so the chef is always in view...and, often comes out to talk to the patrons. It's one of my favorites... More

We enjoyed our meal with some friends who had found this place on Trip Advisor! The food was outstanding! We had the lobster ravioli as an appetizer, and had shrimp & crab over handmade pasta, and two veal dishes. Each one was delicious! For dessert we enjoyed the BEST cannoli I have ever eaten! Who needs the South Philly Italian... More

Smelled great but never ate here because when I tried repeatedly to contact the restaurant the answering machine message led to another phone also unavailable. We went to the restaurant. It smelled great, but we were told the place fills up with reservations by Wednesday before the weekend. When I asked why the phone message did not say that to... More

We were visiting Philadelphia and found Trattoria Tarturo on Trip Advisor. What a terrific find! They were full, but had a table outside on a cool September night and we went for it. The wife of the chef was the first person to approach us - very friendly and warm. Next the daughter, who was equally pleasant. We asked what... More

If u like Italian even a little u must go here! Home made pasta and superb food. 4 in our party and not a single disappointment. It is a BYOB so bring some good wine and be ready to be amazed. Laid back and not fancy but no better Italian have I ever had.

Went to this place based on other recommendations on Trip Advisor. Great little locally owned Italian place with great atmosphere. Everyone including others dining treat you like family. Food was amazing. It's BYOB so bring your favorite chianti or wine.

After living in Conshohocken for several years for some reason I never vistited Trattoria Totaro's until very recently and I have been back several times since! The food is absolutely amazing! I have tried several items on the menu, and have not found one I haven't LOVED! The service is great as well, and the quaint dining room is just... More

Just happened to find this place by chance and the food was so amazing that we had lunch AND dinner in the same day. If we had found this place in the beginning of the week we would have probably eaten there everyday. So cute and cozy and everyone was so genuine and welcoming. Truly a must if you are... More
