As good as it gets in the suburbs and as good as any Italian downtown. I had the chicken Marsala. Sublime. Others had Veal Chop and mixed seafood over pasta. The Caesar rocks as well. Totaros is a hidden gem.

A little out of the way, but worth finding. Really good homemade pasta's, and great specials. I had a fish and crab dish with asparagus and every component was perfectly done. Everything is well executed. It's BYOB, so don't forget to bring a bottle. I saw quite a few customers getting take out, so I may try that too.

We were extremely pleased with our evening at Totaro's. Donna helped with our reservation for ten people (made ten days earlier). Our party eventually became a party of seven. This restaurant is BYOB. We brought wine and beer. Our waitress was patient and helpful. Several of our party wished to tailor his/her dish and the kitchen was accomodating. The menu... More

I had shrimp de ablo. Excellent. Spice just right. Hot but not too hot. Friend had osso Bucco off the bone she loved it. It is BYOB so that makes it even better. You must try this place. I bet you will return for more. Decor is appealing

Seems like a nice neighborhood Italian restaurant. Owners and wait staff didn't know us and were welcoming asking where we were from and making menu suggestions. When I called for a reservation they told me they are BYOB so we made sure to stop for a bottle of wine before arriving. Menu had many options as well as a few... More

I reserved a table for 6 to celebrate my birthday with my family. The woman on the phone not only confirmed the date, time, etc. but we discussed if our party was interested in the Thursday's Game Night Menu (we were not) and I requested a round table (which she confirmed "Yes, I'll give you Table #3"). When we arrived,... More

This is our go to restaurant. We are never disappointed and everyone that we have brought to this restaurant has practically licked their plate clean. Most recently we took my 87 year old mother who eats like a bird here and she completely cleaned her plate. It is just that good. I almost hate to give it such a great... More

I went Trattoria Totaro for a date recently and really enjoyed it. The waitstaff was attentive but not overwhelming. I ordered the lobster raviolli (which was delicious) and my date had the beef tenderloin. It's a small place which offers an intimate/moderately romantic setting. My only gripe is that our table was really small and right next to a wall... More

This is our favorite place in town! They offer all of their pasta dishes with option of gluten free pasta -which is unheard of around here! Even more importantly- all that we've tried here has exceeded expectations, food, atmosphere- love this place!

Make reservations if you want to go...This little restaurant is always crowed and that's no surprise as the food which is freshly made is as good as any restaurant in Italy. The staff is friendly and the kitchen is open so the chef is always in view...and, often comes out to talk to the patrons. It's one of my favorites... More
