Forgotten local spot

Good food. Good prices. Could use an updated look, some of the booths need repair. They could use a bigger sign. We always forget about this local spot.

This is a nice place to have a quiet meal, decent food and drink, with a view of the airport runway with airplanes taking off and landing. Especially fun for kids.

One of the best airport restaurants I've visited. On the always quaint and relaxed Coatesville Airport you can enjoy a wide variety of menu selections and the coffee and tea are great. Some of the best Clam Chowder and Onion Soup along with a wide selection of burgers and steaks along with their lunch specials makes this little restaurant a... More

Located in the Chester County airport, this neat little restaurant is located with views of the runway (get a window seat). Lots of private plane taking off and landing on a Saturday, which offers an interesting backdrop to lunch. The sandwiches were very good and better than I expected. Fun décor with aeronautical models and pictures. Recommended

Get there early for a weekend breakfast to get a window seat- if you or your kids are interested in airplanes, it's a great spot. :)

Cute local resturant with good food where you can watch the airplanes come and go. Try to get a window seat.

Great little cafe located right in the Chester County small airport; watch planes land and take-off; wonderful French Onion Soup and Steak sandwiches. Small cozy bar. Local hang-out. During breakfast heard the tower speakers for an incoming plane. Decor: plane photos and large mdoel airplanes. Kids get a kick out of them.

Stopped in with friends as we were riding motorcycles to the American Helicopter Museum. Thought we'd keep the theme going. Really cool to sit and eat and watch the planes roll in and out. At the time we went they were doing breakfast so that's what we had. Nothing fancy but the food and the prices were very good. Place... More

This is a really near place to take the kids...especially in nice weather. The restaurant is right next to the runway at the Chester County Airport so the kids can watch the planes take off & land. They love it along with all the great big models of all the old planes hanging from the ceiling. All that and terrific... More
