I never know what to expect when it's one of the few restaurants open on Sunday night. This wasn't a disappointment. Decent Italian food and healthy delicious salads. A good choice

I wouldn't eat here again, though the bread is terrific. The salads were very ordinary. My eggplant parmesan was breaded mush with boring tomato sauce. My companion's fettucine alfredo was mostly white sauce. they do have generous portions but I didn't want more than a taste of my meal. Both our glasses had lipstick stains. I call it a place... If you are heading along interstate 81 near Chambersburg at the lunch or dinner hour, Rosalies is the place to go. Its the wood fire oven that does it, along with fresh made bread and pizza dough cooked in the wood fired oven. Fantastic Italian food. There is nothing on the menu that arrives in front of you in small... More

Passed by this place many times but never took notice. Thought it was just pizza and subs. Stopped by yesterday with hubby for a quick bite. Large menu......great pizza, homemade soups, specialty salads, even prime rib. Great place and it's not one of the frozen food chain places. Husband loved the eggplant parmesan and my slice of specialty pizza and... More

We stopped in for dinner during the week. The place was clean and the seating comfortable. We all had pasta entrees with salad and bread. The bread was hot and fresh and very good. Our salads were fresh, however the house dressing was very bland with zero spices. Not what I would have expected at an Italian place. The service... More

No wine served, but you can bring your own. We split an order of pasta and salad. It was plenty for two hungry people. Home-made bread was delicious.

Generous portions of pasta. Fresh bread. Atmosphere could use improvement, but the food is very good.

Four dined here 6/26/13. It's a BYOB - no corkage charge. They furnish wine glasses (some BYOBs in the area don't have wine glasses). Service was excellent. Friendly and knowledgeable. Grouper ($18.75) was floured and sautéed and served on a bed of a vegetable medley (incl. mushrooms, onions, green & yellow peppers, tomatoes). Served with a generous side of excellent... More

Had lunch with a friend on a weekday, the place wasn't busy at all. She had an Italian sub and thought it was good, but annoyed that the crumbs from the bottom of a bag of chips cost a dollar! My cup of soup, the size of a large bowl, was room temperature, at least the baked potato was good.... More

We were introduced to Rosalie's by a friend of ours who was from the region. The food is good, if a little pricy. The bread is always hot and the service is great. Our water glasses never got empty. My brother loves the subs, my mom loves the filled pasta, dad loves the strombolies, and I tend to the gnocchi... More
