Good find

Have dined here many times while on business and personal trips to the area. Always pleasant and helpful staff, good American food and reasonably priced.

We took my in-laws for a small 50th Anniversary celebration. They were as thrilled with their dinner and the service provided as were we. Everyone's meals were prepared to everyone's liking and tasted great. We made reservations earlier in the week so they had us in a private room. Our server, Nichole, did a great job and was very good... More

My husband took me here for our anniversary and the staff made it such a memorable occasion. They seated us in a room all to ourselves which was super special. The meal was delicious and the atmosphere...super! It was fun to walk around and see each room. It is a "home" and there are many rooms. Large bar area. Would... More

If you like nice dinning and great service this is the place. Have never in 11 years had a bad meal. I always go here for birthday, or to celebrate a mild stone in my life. Food is just short of heaven,(God is not the chief or it would be heaven), drinks and wine always the best, service is second... More

we went to the Copper kettle for an upscale experience this weekend. We took Mom along at 90 years young. Food was excellent. their crab cakes are wonderful for a restaurant this far from the ocean. The filet mignon was superb and done exceptionally well. it took awhile for our meal to arrive but it was worth it. The waitress... More

Second time in a month or so that Ive patronized this restaurant. Both times I left thinking that I was very satisfied with the meal. Both for lunch and dinner. It is a bit pricey for Chambersburg, but Id rather pay a bit extra to a local business owner and enjoy the experience than sit waiting with the masses at... More

If you are looking for a nice dinner and plan to spend a decent amount of money, this is a good choice. I'm a fan of the "hotel"-type, old building restaurants that offer a solid meal. The Copper Kettle wasn't the best, but was a pretty good meal for a nice date with my wife. For the price, I did... More

My traveling partners enjoyed their meals and drinks. My fish was way undercooked and came back undercooked. I would recommend the prime rib instead!

Service was excellent, however, the stuffed shrimp I had was very bland and the shrimp were tough. Not an enjoyable meal at all. With a party of 8, I think I was the only one that wasn't pleased, so hence the average rating, as others seem to like their meal. Maybe my perspective was tainted by the dirty bread dish... More
