This old converted house is a great place to enjoy a fine meal with an excellent wine list. It's not far off I-81, so it's pretty easy to find. A bit pricey...I think about $80 for two with wine, tax and tip.

This was to be a quiet, romantic night of FINE dining. I could have eaten better at the local Ruby Tuesday or Chambersburg Diner. Too noisy. The Waitress was wonderful. But no one would help us have more quiet. And it would have been easy for them. The food did not redeem the place, as I had hoped. It was... More

The Copper Kettle has been around for years. The quality and service have stood the test of time a class act. The drinks are always very well made and ample. The atmosphere is quaint but elequant. The prime rib is always thick and juicy and the service was super.

The atmosphere here is an attempt at an upscale restaurant, but the prices are reasonable. The food was very good, not great - but above average. Our server was very knowledgeable about their menu and really friendly. If you are looking for a nice evening out with your spouse try this place...

On our way to Pensacola from Trenton, Ontario, we stayed overnight in Chambersburg PA. Found the Copper Kettle on Trip Advisor and gave it a try. Lots of parking at the restaurant, and a warm welcome when we entered. The prime rib was great, as was my wife's filet. The front of the restaurant has several small rooms with dining... More

I travel to Chambersburg for business, and I will not leave without having a meal at the Copper Kettle. It has never disappointed. Wonderful lunches and dinner. I am still daydreaming over the home-made key-lime cheesecake ice cream I treated myself to last time I was there. Food was done very well, and so far, very consistent. This speaks a... More

We never tire of reading such positive reviews. It warms our heart to know that our efforts to provide an outstanding dining experience doesn't go unnoticed. It is what we are about here at the Copper Kettle. So glad you enjoyed the key-lime cheesecake ice-cream. It is indeed refreshing during the summer months. Thank you RCarolan73 for taking the time... My boyfriend and I recently went to Copper Kettle for a nice Saturday dinner to celebrate my new job and just have a night out. He has lived in Chambersburg for 3 years and I for one and a half and we've slowly been trying all the restaurants, and I am very glad we finally got to CK. We both... More

We ate here earlier this month. Food was good and plentiful. Service was good and not overbearing. Atmosphere left a little to be desired as we were in a room of about six tables by our selves. Received a twenty percent discount with the brochure we brought from the Inn at Ragged Edge.

The Copper Kettle has been known for decades as one of the best, locally owned restaurants. We always have a good meal & experience. Plus, Nick at the bar had blue cheese stuff olives & makes awesome cocktails! Support local businesses and visit the Kettle.

Thank you Laura. The Copper Kettle has been welcoming guests since 1956 and we particularly like that you pointed out that we are "Not Another Chain." As a family-owned business, it is very important to us that we provide our patrons with creative and memorable dishes. We choose not to be mediocre or predictable and are glad that it shows.... More
