I have lived in this area all my life. The only reason I sometimes go to this place is that it is the only place in the area that has seafood. The prices are normally high and the food usually has way too much butter on it. The other problem is it is usually hard to get seated at this... More

Food was good, hot and filling. Wait staff were attentive and courteous. Dining area was dark and dated.

My wife and I stopped there on a trip up I 81. My dish was salmon and crab and it was excellent. We were seated within 10 minutes and our server was very attentive. We wanted seafood and this restaurant did not disappoint.

We enjoyed the meal very much. As usual the portions were quite large so we were able to take some home with us to enjoy the next day.

Stopped here on the way home as the wife had a taste for lobster. First I must say that our waitress was friendly and did a good job. As for the food we found it average and a little salty for our taste. Be aware don't drink the water not good, which didn't make for a good cup of coffee.

We went on a Friday night around 7:30. There were only four other tables totaling about 12 people when we got there. It took about 10 minutes to get seated. When we finally got seated the table was not even cleaned off. The hostess got flustered and tried to break up the gossip circle of employees to clean our table.... More

I was at your location at 5:30 to ge there early on Valentine's Day, since we could not make reservations. Waited 2 hrs. (when told 1 hr.) and had to walk out to find another restaurant that late in the evening to spend time with my Valentine. Never Again! I had to listen to waitresses tell customers seated, that it... We arrived to find the place mobbed with a 30-40 minute wait, so we headed to the bar to get our order to go. We placed our order to go and ordered two margaritas As we sat at the bar for 10-15 minutes AFTER we placed our order I noticed another couple sat to our left. They sat at the... More

We have been going to the Chambersburg red lobster for many years now. It used to be our favorite place to eat in town. Unfortunitally this has changed in the past year. From our experience the management has gone down hill significantly and the staff just isn't what it used to be.

While travelling from Virginia to Massachusetts on a week night I stopped at a Hampton Inn off I-81 in Chambersburg for the night arriving in the evening after a long afternoon behind the wheel. This was a solo trip and I was tired and hungry. Nearby the inn was this Red Lobster where I found a very pleasant atmosphere, good... More
