We enjoyed The Cellar while it was open, but it closed about a year ago when an outgrowth of a local hospital took over the area where it had been located.

Dinner with a good friend - we had a mini meza: hummus, grape leaves, falafel, stuffed pickled eggplant, and spinach pie. They were all outstanding. Although we split the appetizers we were full. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. I recommend The Cedars to anyone who enjoys Lebanese cuisine.

I've been here for lunch many times and it is very good. However, upon my first dinner experience at The Cellar, I was very disappointed. The dinner menu was very impressive as well as the presentation. The major downfall became two factors. The first, was the quality of the meal. In a large party with various orders, some appetizers were... More

My wife and I ate at The Cellar at the recommendation of some friends. We were promptly seated at the time of our reservation and our wine was uncorked and poured for us. For our appetizer, we shared the Cellar Platter - calamari, crab wontons (3), and shrimp tempura (2). For $10, we felt like it was a nice choice.... More

We live 45 minutes away, but make the trip up to this restaurant every few weeks. The menu is wide-ranging and fantastic. My wife can only eat gluten-free food, and The Cellar's menu is loaded with gluten-free options. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable about not only the menu, but the gluten-free options as well. It's also the... More

We visited The Cellar for dinner over the weekend, Saturday to be exact. We were greeted graciously and seated in a very busy dining room. The woman who seated us asked if this was our first visit, it was. She then introduced herself, Karen and she was the manager. Then to our amazement took the time to explain the menu,... More

This is one of the most unique restaurants in the Harrisburg area with a menu that always delights with delectable twists on food preparation and attractive presentations. One of my favorite entrees is the domestic Venison and there are severaI seafood entrees that rival any in our area. I am a repeat offender because the food is excellent and knowing... More

We dined here just as they changed to a new menu. The server was knowledgeable as to the ingredients (we are vegetarian and I am gluten free too), so it was helpful in ordering. The menu is varied from middle eastern inspired dishes to italian to asian....and then some. The food was well seasoned and prepared. Not so fancy in... More

We tend to go to the cellar about every 3 months or for several years now. The food is consistantly good. We love the friendly staff and delicious meals. Its priced fair for the quality of food. We reccomend this restaurant.
