Went to the area for a family event. The atmosphere and décor was very nice. My husband ordered beer.....full glass. I ordered wine a sip for $7.50. My food, crab cakes was cold, undercooked and raw. I took one bite. Very bad. My husbands food was ok. They took my food off the bill because it was sub par. Don't... More

Travelling through Pennsylvania we stopped at the Holiday Inn and ate at the Florence Bar and Grille because of its convenience to our hotel. Entrees were very good with large portions served with one side, warm bread and olive oil dip. The soup, salad and pasta bar was included with the entrée and was plentiful and delicious.

An average casual Italian eatery. Nothing fancy or worth writing home about. They have a nice salad bar, with a lot of good choices. I've had their pasta, which was decent. Their pizza isn't that great, the crust and cheese taste like "microwave quality". As in, doughy and chewy. I recommend sticking to the salad bar. The restaurant itself is... More

The dinners here were very good....veal parm! But the bonus is their soup and salad bar....exceptional!! Great variety of veggies, soup, and fixings!! The only thing that was odd, for an Italian restaurant, they don't have bread or rolls. We will definitely be back!

The salad bar was amazing, should have just ordered that. Arrived in time for early bird special, had lasagna. Husband ate it all. I did not like it at all. The tomato sauce was thin, like tomato juice. I only ate the pasta from it. Service was good. Restaurant clean.

We only dined off of the salad bar, which was average. We were only having a light meal. We can't comment on the main menu. The portions we saw go by were very large, and people were eating them up. But we can't speak to the quality of them.

I went to Florence on 2 occasions. I had a salad with blue cheese, and a grilled steak and for both the quality of the food was very good. The service was really good too. The only drawback is that the place is stacked with TV screens, especially if you eat around the bar. The dining space is more relaxed.

I had Chicken Parmesan for dinner, which came with soup and salad. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the portion was large. So much spaghetti and I no room for dessert. The service was excellent.

The Florence Bar and Italian Grille has to be one of the top 5 finds in restaurants, for the Lehigh Valley area. Barb and I had no idea, on what we were about to discover. Once inside the doors, we were greeted and asked which of the 3 areas you would prefer to be in. We took the Club Room,... More
