Old time diner.

Great local place to eat or when you are passing through. Exceptionally great for breakfast. Prices are great and all the food is prepared as home cooking.

For a diner they have excellent diner food. Love their soups and specials. This US a nice inexpensive place to meet family and friends for dinner. Good breakfast, lunch and dinner menu. We ate here at least once a week.

Stopped in here over 4th of July Weekend. Had heard good things about this place and were in the area. The staff were all young people that were more into socializing with each other than taking care of customers. The Restaurant was cold as the a/c was turned up and the music was loud and not the genre you would... More

I've had breakfast is most of the diners in this area, and I believe The Hometown Diner has the best. The coffee is actually good, and the toast is nice and thick and actually toasted ( seems like common sense, but you'd be surprised what passes for toast around here). And, of course, the omelettes are big and tasty. Hash... More

Very friendly place with huge servings. Usually tale away half the meal. It's a dinner but a very good one.

The friendliness of the wait staff was better than the food. I made the mistake of ordering chicken parmesan. Should NEVER order Italian food in a non-Italian restaurant. It was lousy. Husband was happy with his meal. Large tossed salad came with the meal, as did dessert. The waitress was very friendly and deserved her tip.

The Diner is a local favorite, our friends insisted we all go for breakfast. The menu has an excellent variety and prices are very reasonable. We like crispy, dry (not greasy) bacon--they nailed it ! This is only the second place, EVER, that got the bacon right on the first attempt. Likewise, the pancakes were done exactly as asked for.... More
