Nice place, slow service

We went to this Bob Evans before hitting the road. We went in at about 8 am, hardly anyone in there. It still took quite a while for the waitress to get our order, and the food took even longer to get out. Luckily, this particular location has a huge general store, so I checked it out while waiting... read more

Was visiting friends in Breezewood and decided to have dinner at this Bob Evans. As usual for Bob Evan's, the food was delicious and the service great. Our server was Selena and she gave us excellent service (and she put up with our goofiness too). My wife had the Salmon which she totally enjoyed and I had the Potato Crusted... More

My title sums it up. Nothing special. The bathrooms were revolting. Smears and hand prints and God only knows what else on the door knobs and stainless steel walls. The toilets were dirty and wet. Gross! The silverware was sticky and dirty, all 4 place settings. The Yogurt parfait was not good. The Blueberries are NOT fresh at all. They... More

The restaurant is much larger than it seems and service was very quick. It was great for dinner after a long day on the road with young children. Food quality was consistent with previous Bob Evans visited.

Generally I enjoy Bob Evans, this one was disappointing. My fries were blah, my companion ordered the Sunshine Skillet, sausage was overlooked, home fries undercooked, and too greasy. Manager did take the Skillet off of our bill.

Bob Evans was our go-to restaurant when we traveled and our son was a child. We could all find something we wanted, and it was assuringly predictable. On this trip, we stopped both for breakfast on one leg of the trip, then I stopped on the way back. Both meals were fine, the first, around 10 on a Sunday morning... More

At the time of my visit, I had few choices in town. Although hesitant, I actually had a pretty good meal (Senior turkey dinner, and I added on a vegetable) and although the portion was a little leaner than I expected, it was delicious. Next time I would order the regular turkey dinner for the extra few bucks. Have the... More

I ate both dinner and breakfast here and for both meals the staff seemed overwhelmed and overly busy even though the restaurant was less than half full. It took quite a while to seat me for dinner even though I was the only patron presenting and there were many empty tables. I do admit that I don't know the intricacies... More

In area on business, I stopped in Breezewood, PA. Bedford County for dinner. This Bob Evans is unique. I mentioned to the cashier that this location reminded me of the Cracker Barrel. She said that Bob Evans was first and that this was one of only four like it. Prompt, professional service. Great food choices. Served timely and hot. Very... More

I haven't been to a Bob Evens in many years but I decided to stop in and have lunch during a long trip. The restaurant is a perfect mix of Cracker Barrel and IHOP. The food was quickly made and good.
