Usually good, but slipped this time

We eat here a lot, and so know this establishment well. It is usually an excellent source of fresh, hot and tasty food. Today, I ordered the new dish, brioche French toast with blueberry compote. When it arrived, the dish was cold. I know the French toast was originally warm as it had just been... read more

We walked into this specific Bob Evans restaurant and immediately realized they were trying to be like Cracker Barrel. Huge gift shop now when you first walk in (bigger then their typical gift shelves most of them have). We got seated fairly fast. Not busy at all. Tons of tables empty. But there were people who came in after us... More

Worst Bob Evans. Second time here and both times poor Host, terrible & unfriendly waitresses. Food not up to BobEvans standard at all. Lukewarm and messy in plate. I won't be back passing thru here again. Try another place. One star - would be half if I could. LAstly, store clerk, each time, on the verge of rude!

After working 12 hours, I just wanted a nice hot meal to take home to my family. Called ahead with my order. When I arrived, no one was at the counter. 2 Servers saw me but ignored me. I waited and waited and waited. There was a carry out bag sitting there and I took it upon myself to check... More

This is one of the better Bob Evans and one of the busiest! Located just off the PA Turnpike it serevs as a stopping point for travelers. The menu has many choices and breakfast is always available. Kept clean and in good order this is a reliable stop for many. The Pot Roast Sandwich is always good and I enjoyed... More

Stopped in at this Bob Evans on the way to get on I-70 to head to Maryland. There were at most five other cars in the parking lot, and now I understand why. I ordered a breakfast which consisted of "scrambled" eggs, home fries, chocolate chip pancakes, and bacon, with hot chocolate to drink. The hot chocolate had a layer... More

I ordered sausage gravy w/ biscuits off menu, showing waitress what I wanted. When bill came it was higher. I asked chap who seemed to be in charge. He said I had ordered a bowl, not a cup, of sausage gravy. I asked that he show me that on menu which he could not do. While all five meals were... More

Very rarely eat at Bob Evans, but this Bob Evans was much larger, and much better turned out, with tables much more spread out and more comfortable, than the other location I have eaten at. The menu was extensive, and the large Roast Turkey dinner I had was very tasty--especially the stuffing--and tasted home-cooked. Service was good, and the price... More

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express across the street from Bob Evans Restaurant and it was easy to walk across the street for dinner. We had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated which wasn't too bad. Although the food was very good, we had problems with the service. The waitress brought us glasses of water, which upon... More

Actually ate supper one night and breakfast a day later. We had a large group for supper and we were all seated together. No problem for the staff. All plates were emptied! Breakfast was blueberry pancakes. Lots and lots of blueberries! Delicious!!!! Will definitely be back!
