Small Diner in the middle of town

This is a small diner in the center of town. The food is your typical homestyle cooking and taste delicious. Pancakes and homefries are to die for. The place is always busy and buzzing with local activity.

We visited this diner twice to have some breakfast while working in photography at Bloomsburg University. The service is great here and the food yummy. We found out that you can get a single pancake if you like and the omelets were good also. There is counter seating here too and though we did not try the lunch menu it... More

Breakfast was good. I had a cheese omelet with too much cheese for my taste, but my fault, I should have requested less cheese. My son's omelet was perfect and delicious. Our waitress was exceptionally nice and very understanding. We had my 5-year old grandson along who had been awake since 5 AM and was somewhat "picky" She knew exactly... More

Stopped in before a Bloom football game. Close to the stadium. Nothing fancy on the inside, just your average diner, with diner food. We like diners, so we were not disappointed. Lots of college kids here for breakfast!! That's always a good sign, kids find the good, inexpensive places fast!! Food was good, nothing exceptional, but good. The breakfast food... More

We stopped in for breakfast. The food was quite good, and service was quick and attentive. Prices are low, too; I had 2 pieces of French toast, 2 eggs and Scrapple for $6. We'd definitely go back.

We frequently have brunch at the Bloomsburg Diner. Jess and the girls make you feel like part of the family. The food is standard diner fare, served just the way you like it, and the prices are low. The best part, I think, is the feeling of community in the restaurant, and I know the owners work very hard to... More

Stopped in for a meal and what a surprise. The food specials of the day were very good. The town is a college town so lots of things to see and do.

My daughter and I made a detour through Bloomsburg to get breakfast on a weekend road trip to visit colleges. At about 8 AM the diner was hopping with locals, but we did not have to wait for a table. The service was quick and professional, and the food we ordered (Belgian Waffle, fried egg with an English muffin) exceeded... More

We ordered a sandwich and the stuffed cabbage - both with a salad. The salads were lots if iceberg lettuce with a couple pieces of tomato and onion. The sandwich came before we were finished with the salad. When the sandwich was half gone the server told us they were waiting for the tomato sauce to heat (? No microwave?).... More

I want to start off by apologizing for the service you received and thank you for making us aware of the situation. Unfortunately we can not be there all day every day so we can only hope that our staff is doing exactly what is expected of them. It seems in this situation, they may have fell short. We are... Nothing fancy about the Bloomsburg Diner. Has a dated, "old time" vibe. Everything is a bit worn. We were visiting Bloomsburg University and this was the closest diner. The clientele seems mostly local. Wait staff was pleasant, service was good. The proprietor spent some time helping a vacationing couple get their bearings on the area. Didn't expect much from the...
