Excellent. Server was friendly. Cute gift shop to wander around while waiting. Food was fabulous. Everything you could want. Comfort food. Best shoo fly and oatmeal pie is to die for. Only negative comment is the wait was 45 minutes. Well worth it.

Our family gathered together to share a weekend where no one had to worry about hosting anyone. After a stressful summer, it was the break we all needed and looked forward to. There were 9 of us, and we all stayed in the adjacent hotel. After a great tour of the area we checked into our rooms, then walked to... More

I lived in Lancaster for about twenty years and now live in Delaware. The buffet here had every food memory present. I was so delighted to enjoy hot bacon dressing, whoopie pies, red beet eggs, lemon sponge pie, amazing fried chicken, stuffing , apple butter and more! What a wonderful family meal and reasonable prices.

Good food, enjoyed the buffet. We arrived around 5 on a Friday and did not have to wait, but when we left around 5:45, there was a waiting line.

So we had lunch at the Bird in Hand restaurant and it was as expected. A nice buffet with many selections and a nice salad bar. Very busy place due to the tourist attractions in the area and just an overall popular place to eat. Price wise very reasonable and there is also an A La Carte menu as well,... More

When making plans to visit Lancaster County, we wanted to eat some traditional Pennsylvania Dutch food. We chose this place because we thought it would give us the opportunity to try a little bit of everything. They did have a good selection of all the PA Dutch foods, but I was hard pressed to find anything I wanted to have... More

Food was good...large selection. But as usual, food on buffet could be a lot hotter. Many choices on menu if you didn't want the buffet..

We visit Lancaster about 6 times a year, and we have always made this restaurant one of our food stops. I believe we have had our last visit to eat there. The quality of the buffet has gone downhill tremendously over the past two years. The food on the childrens' lunch buffet was almost inedible. It looked like they put... More

Enjoyed the breakfast buffet 2 mornings of our 4 day visit. The food was good, plenty of choices. Reasonably priced, comfortable atmosphere.
