Jim's is a small Italian restaurant up on a hill in Bellefonte. The meals are great and a very goo value. Meals include all you can eat salad, pasta and garlic bread. The sauces and sweet and the meatballs are perfect. The decor is rather old and dated with crowded seating, but the food is very tasty.

Excellent food, friendly service and a great value. My daughter and I eat there often after yards sales in the area, or really any time we're near Bellefonte - it's our favorite restaurant there. I usually have the veggie sub, and I recommend the pepper relish and all the peppers. It's one of the best veggie subs I've ever had.... More

A Large menu. A little off the beaten path to find it, but huge sandwiches and very good food. Price is average. Manicotti is great, cheese steaks are great, dagwood sandwiches are great. Great food and good prices.

My girlfriend and I go to Jim's often for lunch because their house salad, the large one, is SO very good and then add their garlic bread = yummy! Jim's has been around forever and their food seems to please everyone.

I am not a big fan of this restaurant. The food is OK, but the place is small, the tables are packed together and parking is often nearly impossible. It must be me, though, because I know a lot of people who like the place.

Jim's is a classic in Bellefonte, people from Sate College even drive into Bellefonte (I know how crazy is that) for Jim's food. I always get the Lasagna and my wife gets the mancotii. Salad with house dressing is good so is the garlic bread. I think the add sugar to the sauce which makes it slightly different. Not atmosphere... More

There are some Bellefonte residents who eat here every day or every week. As a local I can say it may be an acquired taste but as a traveler I like to eat where the locals do so you don't end up in a dive. Jim's has been around for many years. Most love the house dressing and when it... More

I recently moved to this area and it was recommended to me to try Jim's. Once I got the salad that someone raved about. It was alright. Not great. The lettuce was soggy and the dressing was unremarkable. The next time I decided to try stuffed shells. They are Italian, right? The shells themselves were great, The sauce is too... More

I ate here a will back and did not know Jim's was on Tripadvisor or I would have commented sooner. It is not that good. I am local and do not go there anymore. There pasta sauce was as thin as tomato soup, the spaghetti was over cooked, the salad had a lot of water in it. You do get... More
