My wife and I stopped here for lunch. Everything seems to be locally sourced and freshly prepared. Unfortunately, we weren't as hungry as we might have been, otherwise we might have had a go at the bread pudding. Nonetheless, we both enjoyed our lunches and come again if we were in the area.

A quick jog to Bedford en route to Niagara Falls uncovered buried treasure! Truly off the beaten path, Horn O Plenty boasts ambient eclectic country charm. This farm-to-table "freshtaurant" offers simple dishes with exquisite execution. The truffle fettuccine tickled our taste buds with tarragon undertones. The sizable salad with homemade vinaigrette was simply sumptuous. But it was the caramel bread... More

Small portions. Food was good and flavorful but there were no options for the gluten free. They suggested we could call ahead a week or so and the chef could prepare something gluten free. How do I know where I will want to eat in a week???

If not for TripAdvisor, we would have not known about this place. We actually watched the chef walk out the door and cut herbs from the garden. The food was terrific. Everything tasted fresh, even the pizza was better than most places. Afterwards, my husband and I actually felt good, even though we ate quite a bit. Normally after a... More

Great restaurant. We took our family there for wonderful meal. Everything is so fresh and wonderful and nutritious. Loved it. We have a new favorite. Service was great and we can't wait to come back.

The friendly waitress suggested we ordered dishes with their morel mushrooms, so devoured a morel mushroom pizza and a chicken with morel mushroom dish. We finished the evening with some savory desserts and left the restaurant stuffed! Food was fresh and their menu changes often to align with their freshest foods available, and BYOB! Can't wait to dine there again!

We inquired of, and ordered, the restaurant's specialty dishes. None in our party enjoyed their food and one meal was inedible. The server noted the uneaten meal and offered that "sometimes the meat is tough when cooked past medium" but failed to offer a remedy. Spending above average for less than usual, poor service, and leaving hungry guarantees we will... More

Had an evening salad and pizza and then went back next day for lunch. This is a refreshing way to eat out, especially when traveling. Our service was fine and timely. Our food was interesting, flavorful, visually appealing and seemed generously sized. Prices were consistent with the quality of their fresh and creative menu options. The ever-changing menu is "read"... More

So when you pull up you may not be so sure, but then walking in it is wonderfully different. Very casual, very yummy, and very friendly! The food had great flavor and we enjoyed live music while we ate. Would certainly go back!

I really enjoyed how this restaurant highlights local ingredients. The cheese on my pizza was especially delicious as was the homemade wood fire grilled crust. I did find the food to be overpriced, however. The high cost (almost $30 for a pizza and soda) would probably keep me away. Not that I wouldn't pay that much for a pizza, I... More
