Stopped here for brunch this past weekend. We arrived right as they were opening. Food choices all looked delicious. I had the cheese and vegetable quesadilla. Other people in my party had the huevos rancheros. Very delicious! The food takes a little while to come out. Probably waited about 45 minutes for food even though we were the first ones... More

My family always enjoys this restaurant. Mandy comes up with some very creative recipes . This past Sunday for brunch my daughter had the french toast with cooked fruit on it. She said it was the best she had ever tasted. My husband said his food was excellent too. We always get some Kambucha. Sometimes you have to wait a... More

Stopped in while meeting someone from the other side of the state. It sure beat all the restaurants right off the turnpike, and was less than 5 minutes away. Both my mom and my sister also said they had excellent meals. My sister ate vegetables that she never would have touched otherwise. I hate to say that other than the... More

Got here right before the rush hour (?) at 1pm. Ordered 2 burgers and the BBT (bacon basil and tomato), waited over an hour for the food. The tables that came in after us were all done eating, paid and left. Burgers were dry and the sourdough bread on the BBT was so hard it was cutting my mouth to... More

A very limited menu, mostly pizza. I understand they are doing farm to table, but I'm not sure they have figured out how to plan a menu around it. For instance, because tomatoes were not in season the hamburger was served plain. Homemade bread needs a new recipe. Soup was not seasoned except for vinegar.

Thank you for your review, and we appreciate your support for farm-to-table and your concern! Tomatoes are ripening late this year and so currently our grass-fed burger menu contains the following options: Onion Marmalade Burger, our thick sweet & sour onion jam piled high on our fresh baked wheat bun; Blackbean Salsa Burger, a roasted pepper salsa with cilantro yogurt... I would say our lunch here was so-so. This restaurant was recommended by a local friend, so we stopped by to grab a late lunch. First, the interior is an authentic cabin feel with hand-hewn furniture and stone fireplace. The dining room opens directly into the kitchen so you can see the wood-fire oven and watch your food being prepared.... More

Opted to give this restaurant a try for lunch at the recommendation of other tripadvisor users. We were not disappointed. Our GPS supplied good directions. If I recall, though, the name of the road we last turned on was not marked the same as the address listed for this restaurant. It really wasn't that difficult to find. It's definitely not... More

My wife and I stopped here for lunch. Everything seems to be locally sourced and freshly prepared. Unfortunately, we weren't as hungry as we might have been, otherwise we might have had a go at the bread pudding. Nonetheless, we both enjoyed our lunches and come again if we were in the area.

A quick jog to Bedford en route to Niagara Falls uncovered buried treasure! Truly off the beaten path, Horn O Plenty boasts ambient eclectic country charm. This farm-to-table "freshtaurant" offers simple dishes with exquisite execution. The truffle fettuccine tickled our taste buds with tarragon undertones. The sizable salad with homemade vinaigrette was simply sumptuous. But it was the caramel bread... More

Small portions. Food was good and flavorful but there were no options for the gluten free. They suggested we could call ahead a week or so and the chef could prepare something gluten free. How do I know where I will want to eat in a week???
