My husband and I ate here a few times and never had a bad meal here! It is fairly cheap for what you get and the service is decent. They have a variety of menu items and specials. Definitely stop here if you're looking for a good meal!

Worst meal in the last year at least. Service was good, food was D- at best. Do not recommend. The gas station sandwich shop would have been an improvement.

The tilapia, mac and cheese, and stewed tomatoes were great. The steak sandwich was a little bland but cooked well.

On Friday night, I had dinner in a restaurant and the check (with tip) was $ 245; it was an excellent meal for four. On Sunday night, I had dinner (for two) at Ed's; the check (with tip) was $45. Both were excellent meals, but were I forced to choose between the two then I would pick Ed's. I had... More

I've seen the sign on the PA turnpike for years for Ed's steakhouse, and finally ate there earlier this summer after a golf outing. Ate in the bar area - good selection of beer, and be sure to try to fried green beans. Friendly service. If you're tired of turnpike food, get off at the Bedford Exit and try this... More

Food was good & service was friendly. They are somewhat pricey for what you get. Their homemade bread was hot and delicious.

Nice staff and reasonable prices . . . . . its an older building and could use some updating but clean. Food was okay, nothing special in my eyes. Lots of local people who seemed to enjoy the staff and the food.

We used to get off the PA Turnpike at this exit to head to Morgantown WV when my son was in college. Now we pass this exit on the way to my daughters college in Dayton Ohio. We make a stop here because we know the food is good and since we normally travel on the weekends, we stop here... More

After reading reviews thought we would try. Sorry we did. Salad was warm and wilted. Prime rib was cold with no flavor. Fillet tips were cold and tuff. However service was very good. Decided to pass on desert. Maybe they were having a bad day. Won't try again.

It's been a few years since I've been here, as we used to stay in Bedford for Penn State football weekends, but now stay closer. But our trip to Philadephia found us in beford again, and I recalled the good breakfast here. We were not disappointed. Good home cooking at a good price with nice service. I had eggs and... More
