We ate here because the Groupon came with a dining credit. Overall I thought the food was very pretty but bland. The lobster bisque has no taste and badly needs salt. I also had the fish. Beautiful presentation, but I honestly think all they did was grill the fish with no seasoning whatsoever. And of course they don't give you... More

A true fine dining experience. Food and service were both excellent! I would suggest making a reservation.

Had buffet breakfast each day during our two-day stay and dinner one night. Service was excellent. The morning buffet has a great selection of all types of food from the healthy to the filling. The dinner menu is limited, but diverse. Would certainly go back.

We had buffet everyday when we stayed. Love how they serve the tea. The homemade granola was really good. They can make individual omelettes that were very good.

Ate here for breakfast brunch. It was only okay. The dinner was expensive and somewhat mediocre. $45.00 lamb chops have to be great to carry that price point and they were dry and served overcooked to the request given. Would not return there for another dinner.

Great locally-sourced food. We love the breakfast buffet (the best bacon in the world) and gladly hike the trails across the street to justify pigging out there. If you stay at the springs also try the tea experience (available on Fridays and Saturdays at 2). Love the portraits of guests from the 1890s. The room is charming and the food... More

Our dishes were well prepared and well served. Since my wife and I split all courses, we were pleased that the kitchen was able to split our dishes without a problem and to preserve the presentation. The wine list was reasonable and the service was first rate.

Had dinner there during a stay at Bedford Springs and it was very nice. Filet and Scallops dinner and Salmon Dinner were both very good. Slightly pricey but that's what you would expect from a resort property restaurant. If you get good quality meals it makes the price seem justified.

We ate here in the beautiful dining room for daughter's birthday. We each choose entrees that happened to be the cheapest on the menu, preferring non-meat meals. The bread selection was pretty good. The ravioli was good. I enjoyed the paella but our friend didn't like hers at all. She was offered something else but declined. They comped her a... More
