Thank you for making the effort to find us off the exit. It does take a couple of minutes, but we think it is well worth it. Glad that you and your family thought so too! More

When we entered the dining room, we felt like we were being taken back in time to when people traveled by horseback and stopped at Inns and taverns. The food was good and the atmosphere good. More

We had reservations for 7:00 and the place was not that crowded but we were definitely hustled out of there quickly. Service was fast but not attentive. Food was just so so. The wine list is poor at best. The waitress at the table next to us windexed everything around us while we were eating! We were there for dinner.... More

This historic restaurant serves delicious food at reasonable prices. I like their crabcake sandwich and corn and clam chowder, pictured below. My wife likes their squash soup, also pictured below. We enjoy their adjoining giftshop with its local crafts. It's worth going a few miles off the beaten path to eat and shop at the Jean Bonnet Tavern. More
