Yes its a tad pricey, however YUMMY! Friendly, and wonderful. Not a lot of great food in Bedford away fron the resort. (You have to hunt for it ) We were treated like a vip. Server was one of sweetest and nicest people we have met. The food, wow, the food was exceptional. Go and make it a treat (get... More

Been here many times and haven't had a bad experience yet. I stopped in with a friend on a friday night, got a seat right aways, great food and brew to choose from. Wonderful and friendly staff. We were going to be there again the next night with 15 people and they put us up in their bigger room and... More

Food was wonderful and the tavern is beautiful. It is very old and they kept the old world charm. Will definitely go back.

We stopped in for lunch, crab cake sandwich and a French dip, and when ordering the waitress asked what kind of fries we wanted. But then we were charged $7 for maybe 20 sweet potato fries- meaning about 10 each. Poor form. Second, the bread was stale and white as white bread gets. Ok but not that great.

This is one of, if not *the* favorite restaurant for me. I have been going here for many years, and I have never had anything but amazing meals. Don't just pass it by - it's only 4 miles off of the Bedford exit on the PA Turnpike, and it's well worth the extra 5 minutes it will take you to... More

We stopped in for lunch on Veteran's Day 2014 during a m/c day tour. Setting, atmosphere and cleanliness was outstanding. Helpful wait staff provided excellent service. Had a grilled chicken salad plate with house dressing - which was also outstanding. Very reasonable prices. Yes, we plan to stop back again. PS. Even their ice tea was good.

The "Inn" is restored with a Tavern, dining rooms, and four bedrooms with baths on the thrird floor. Working fireplaces were burning, giving the place a great atmoshpere (smokey aroma on a chilly day). We were there for lunch and the menu offered a variety of foods from local buffalo burgers to fresh cut french fries to fish to three... More

This place used to be better, but unfortunately, they have slipped over the past few years. The setting and ambience are nice, but we'll probably choose another location over this one more often than not. The food just doesn't excite us.

Been to the restaurant on a few occasions. Seasonal menu. Good food and service. Wish the wine list had some more choices.
