Love the History and Food

This place was a restaurant before we were a country built in 1762. Very good food very nice servers all made us feel very comfortable. Great deserts. You can sit inside or enjoy lots of outdoor seeting. A bit pricy but this is still a must see.

Only reason we're not giving this b&b a 5 is because of location if you're staying overnight. Otherwise food is great n staff is good too. The location is very loud for over nighters.

We stopped here twice in our three days at Bedford Springs - both times were for lunch. The menu is great, and the food is delicious.

We stopped for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. We've eaten here several times before, today was good, like always. We enjoyed: French Onion Soup, hamburger and fries, blueberry shrimp salad, turkey club croissant and the cheese stuffed tomato (I've never had anything like this before, very unique). The setting is beautiful. Will be back!

The Jean Bonnet is one of our favorite places. The atmosphere and food are outstanding. The value is solid and the staff are friendly and attentive. Yesterday our server Brianna did a wonderful job. She brought a sample pumpkin ale to my table when I was considering it for a drink choice. The blueberry shrimp salad is a favorite with... More

We ate lunch here on two days in August, 2015. Food portions are generous and tasty. Service is excellent. I recommend this restaurant.

I will not be able to describe this place sufficiently. You have to see it for yourself. The building itself is rustic and beautiful. It takes you back to an older time. The selection of beers and cocktails is fantastic, and the food is out of this world. You won't regret visiting the Jean Bonnet.

I went to Jean Bonnet Tavern with my husband, daughter and parents for dinner on a Saturday night. They were packed but we had reservations- I highly recommend making them! It's a charming old building which makes a unique dining experience. Our waitress warned us that the kitchen was slow because of the large crowd. We got our drinks from... More

The historic Jean Bonnet Tavern ia lovely stone building on the busy Lincoln Highway (Route 30). Building in the 1700s it has survived many ups and downs and appears to be thriving. We ate on the patio and enjoyed our lunches of salads,, soups and sandwiches. The wait staff was friendly and informative as they shared the site's history and... More

My wife & I went for lunch & did not regret it! Historical atmosphere & great food! Had the surf & turf burger and really enjoyed it! Great crab & corn chowder too! The staff is friendly, everything about this place is worth the stop! Our only regret was that we did not have room for dessert--next time we will... More
