Great Food-Great Beers

We love going here. Food is a but expensive but wonderful. They have a great atmosphere and great craft brews on draft. We have never been disappointed!

I made a reservation in advance. We got a crappy table and were seated 5 mins late. I tried to change my order and was told "it's already in". My husband had to get our drinks from the bar because the waitress was too busy. This is a case of over crowding to make a profit and no concern for... More

Great food and adult beverages at reasonable prices. The prime rib is some of the best I've ever had. Reservations available and recommended. We have eaten there every year for the past several years and look forward to the opportunity - a real treat! Desserts are heavenly and are large enough to share. We have dined upstairs in the bar... Been here a number of times and its about the only decent action for brunch or dinner in the Bedford Springs area other than the Omni Bedford Springs Inn and Spa dinning room. Filled with history, good natured service and VERY popular locally and tourist wise. George W probably ate if he didn't sleep here and the place looks like... More

My husband & I were traveling East & decided to stop in Bedford for lunch. We have often passed this restaurant when on the turnpike but never ventured off to try it...... But today we were so glad we did. Our GPS led us right to it. We had a WONDERFUL lunch. My husband had a great turkey club, I... More

This Tavern/Restaurant/B&B was built in the 1760s and has seen a lot of history. This history and the ghost stories were what initially drew us here. We chose to dine in the Tavern area and we were quickly seated and "menued". We split a crab cake dinner and I had a cup of the onion soup. The soup was excellent... More

Had been staying at the Omni Bedford Springs and dining there for the most part when we decided to venture out and try something different. Currently rated #3, it seemed that the Jean Bonnet Tavern was a good idea (since our other choice,10/09 was closed on Sunday night). The old tavern is a great place to visit and enjoy the... More

This is a very unique tavern/bed'n'breakfast/restaurant. Located near all the Bedford country attractions. We stopped in while touring the covered bridges and thoroughly enjoyed the stop. Seafood chowder, tempura asparagus and a smoked turkey club on a croissant was more than enough for the 2 of us. Add a couple of micro brews and we had the perfect lunch. Be... More

This is a quaint place to eat. Has excellent food some is higher priced and some is in a good price range. But the place is always packed. I have been there several times and I have always enjoyed it. We had wings this time and were they ever good. Also it is know for having ghosts, I have had... More
