Great Bakery!

Small, quaint, great food and bakery items. Bread choices were slim but very good. Soup was delicious as well!

I was pleasently surprised when I went to Bread and Roses today. They have a great selection of pastries but they also have a good selection of savory food, the quiche was to die for. I am looking forward to going back tomorrow to try the coffee, more pastries, and to get more quiche!

Another great gem here in Yachats. It's a perfect place to sit and have a quiet cup of tea or coffee (my personal fave is the Mayan). All kinds of great tea and coffee to choose from. They bake their own bread and other delicious pastries and desserts. You can also enjoy a fresh made sandwich if you prefer. I... More

Amazing care & quality control, these folks take pride in their coffee! Try the Mayan: a latte with cocoa, cinnamon, & cayenne pepper. Love the cinnamon rolls too. (Okay, so I like pretty much ALL the pastry & bakery products. Couldn't help myself.) Funky atmosphere. Pure pleasure.

We missed out on the sourdough because everyone else got to it first. The croissants were a great second choice and the coffee was very good. Great customer service.

You can stop for the coffee alone and walk away contented. Throw in the pastry/baked goods selection and you can have it all. Nice intimate establishment and an excellent staff. Worth the stop and just of the highway. Enjoy.

I had saved this little place for a special time at the Yachats coast with my son. A lovely earthly, organic peaceful little place where I had the most amazing French bread apple like slice of heaven. Everything is home made in the back room. We also had a breakfast scramble that was amazing. Everything is home made. Great local... More
