Delicious, fresh, no-frills dining

Delicious - the simpler the better - almost all their fish comes from the owner's personal boat - would love to see something like sashimi or crudo to highlight the freshness of it all! Fresh wild fish, great fries and coleslaw, and friendly staff. The tuna was especially tasty. I would definitely eat here again.

We ate outside, which we don't usually prefer, but it was warm, clean and great service. A guy who I assumed was the owner mentioned he had caught the salmon that morning, which would have changed my order if he had mentioned it before we ordered. Regardless, my fish and chips were incredible! No one in our group left anything... More

We got fish and chips for take out here. It was very delicious. The owner has his own fishing boat and catches a lot of what he serves. The service was friendly, the food really good. It was very crowded so we were glad we got the take out and ate it along the beach.

The 4 Fs would be fresh, flavorful, funky, and friendly. We decided to escape the triple digit Valley heat and drive to the cooler temperatures of the Oregon Coast. Dinner time arrived and we were in Yachats. Punched up Trip Advisor on my phone, but with only one bar of signal strength it wasn’t going to be of assistance this... More

We had clam-chowder soup, salmon and shrimps - they all were very good and delivered fast. Very good and not expensive place - recommend to visit in Yachats.

The menu says no farm raised fish here. Small dinning room and tented outdoor seating. Went for lunch and had seafood combo with fresh salmon, tuna and halbert with fries was fantastic. Local bottles of beers, great service. Seafood lovers heaven.

The crab cocktail was ok but was less than a 1/4 cup of crab and cost 12.50. My husband had the chowder and said it was good but not as good as the restaurant next door. They had musicians and outdoor seating but the service was slow so took away from the experience.

A small, unassuming restaurant with a small pile crab pots often stacked in front which only adds to the ambiance. I have been here several times and have never been disappointed. Some of the best fish and chips to be found, and an equally delicious breakfast. Highly recommended!

Nice place with a very informal feel. The food was fresh and we bought some tuna caught by the owner (which he cans). I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here but a solid place if you're rolling through.
