Fantastic seafood! (and I am a true seafood snob after living on Kodiak Island for 20 years) A very small venue, and a bit more help would be nice, but the wait was worth it.

Granted we've only been coming to the Oregon Coast for three years, this is the best fresh seafood we have had here. Indoor seating is limited but worth the wait. It is a small easy to miss place to eat, but don't miss it.

My sister and I arrived in Yachats at close to 9:30 on a Monday night. When I told our motel clerk that we had not yet eaten, she was pretty sure we would not find anyone open, but suggested that we try Luna Sea. The door was open, so I stepped in and asked. The man who I think is... More

We had dinner there and really enjoyed it. The oysters and clams were fresh and delicious. It is not a fancy restaurant, but the atmosphere is still great!

We stopped in this trip for some grilled halibut - very nice. We see they have outdoor tents this year for an outdoor meal. We didn't try this, but saw it in the rain on Friday night and it didn't like a treat to outdoors. Would definitely try it on a sunny day.

Good little restaurant for it's crowded all the time, we had some fish&chips to go and they were very good.

Luna Sea Fish House was fantastic! We sat and talked with owner/fisherman and it was one of the highlights of our trip, even for our children. Everything is fresh and the service was great! It's a very small restaurant, but well worth any wait. Make sure to grab some of their canned tuna that is sold there. AMAZING!!

Simple eggs and potatoes were good in this tiny little place. Most of the fish entrees are fried not so appealing to me. The fresh sea food available if you are cooking in your local cottage or condo looked great

Yes, the name of the restaurant is clever/cute. Ignore that. The people inside are hard-core seafood lovers. And they love fresh off the boat and prepared just right sea food. They can tell you which boat the day's salmon came off of, when it was caught and best way to eat it (baked, broiled, fried, etc.) for that particular catch.... More
