The Best. Period.

Arty at the Super 8 recommended this Taqueria to us several years ago. We continue to return for authentic, good (great, really) Mexican food. I really like the Chille Relleno.

We did choose this restaurant because of the good ratings here and were not disappointed. The food was really good. A lot of the locals eat here and thats always a good sign. It's a simpel restaurant and you have to order your food at the counter but if that not bothers you, you will be in for a treat.

After a visit to the Adleman's Peony Gardens I stopped at Luis's Taqueria for lunch pre-drive back home. The place is definitely not fancy but it's clean and was packed with locals. I ordered the cheese enchilada plate. It was a large helping of enchiladas, beans and rice. It was delicious. I walked out with the beginnings of a food... More

Our group felt that the restaurant was rated #1 more for the quantity of food rather than the quality. Food was not bad but not great either. No atmosphere.

The place was completely packed and I can see why. Although not the healthiest food around, it certainly was filling and delicious. We all had tomales and thoroughly enjoyed the fast service and hearty portions. Not a bad find for Woodburn. A recommendation: try the rice milk!

First time in Woodburn, as usual shopping at Woodburn outlet Mall. And we were real hungry after a hard day of shopping !! And was recommended by a local to try out some real Mexican food . The moment we stepped in , the ambience is trully like u r in Mexico. As Asians, we really have no clue what... More

Luis is fantastic. Really good food, excellent service, very clean, and most importantly cheap. We had the chicken enchiladas special for 5.95 and it was and awesome value. I will be coming back. Yum!
