Luis's Taqueria has been serving Michoacan style mexican food since May 28, 1993. Our family oriented establishment is well known for it's delicious hand made corn tortillas and famous dishes. Like the "Chavindeca" originally from Chavinda Michoacan. Here at Luis's Taqueria we strive to provide the most outstanding service and a pleasant atmosphere, but above all, a delicious and unique meal. Our unique recipes will take you as far south as you can ever imagine with a variety of different colors & flavors. We hope that your visit to Luis's is the best ever and we thank you for your preference.

Great -- and different -- Mexican food!

I live in Woodburn and although I have had dinner from Luis's many times, I have never eaten at the restaurant. I call and order to go, since I live about eight blocks from the restaurant. There is a lot of seating, and it's always busy with families, mostly locals, enjoying a great meal. The... read more

The food is very good and very authentic. The owner was very nice and explained the ingredients in each dish. He made good recommendations for Mexican food that we had not had before. We would go back. Very popular place to eat for local hidpanics.

The food here was pretty good, typical American Mexican. The service was ok, again, nothing special. The portions were generous and the horchata was tasty.

I have been coming here when visiting in Oregon for several years now. I was shopping at the outlet mall nearby and wanted some authentic Mexican food. When I found out that President Obama ate here when he was campaigning, I thought it must be good. I personally recommend the shrimp ceviche.

This is not a fancy restaurant at all, it's more like walking into a very dated kitchen but the food is worth waiting for. You place your order at the counter and they bring your food out. At first I was very skeptical but after the first two bites I new this was a good place to eat. It is... More

This place is not fancy. You wait in line to order and then they bring the food to your table. Atmosphere is piñatas and sombreros. Tacky. But the food is very very good and the prices are great, The place is full of Mexican families so you know it is authentic. The tacos are great and the burritos are huge.

Visited this place on the recommendation of some locals and was pleasantly surprised to find that Mr. Obama had visited this restaurant during his campaign as President of USA at his first term as President. No wonder he was here the food was delicious, the staff so pleasant and the Mexican fare was very very authentic. If you are in... More

Excellent food always served fast and by very efficient employees. Even President Obama stopped here before he became president. The take out sometimes takes long if you are in a hurry but the quality of the food is worth the wait. It is my favorite restaurant in Woodburn!
