Love the Joe's Scramble, and the coffee refills. Good thing they are not open all day, or I would be heading there for late night breakfast.

The food here is consistently good - not great but good. If you like biscuits & gravy the restaurant's name sake these are good - the gravy has lots of meat in it. I would recommend the specials if it looks at all good to you - they are usually a bargain - and tasty. The sweet potatoe pancakes are... More

We are fans of coned beef hash, and find all-to-often that restaurants serve it out of a can. Biscuits makes there own fresh, and it was perfect - lots of corned beef, not greasy, flavorful, and served, of course, with fine biscuits. this was the only location of the chain we have tried so far. Hope they all live up... More

After a very enjoyable week of travelling the Orgeon Coast, we were on our way to the airport in Eugene, OR. We stooped for breakfast at a wonderful cafe in Wilsonville, OR. The service was excellent. The selections on the menu consisted of all of the usual favorites as well as some special and unique selections. I had Joe's Scramble... More

We walked here on a cold rainy day and had a lovely, warm breakfast with very kind and prompt service. People were smiling in the booths!

We went to Biscuits on a Sunday, so it was crowded, the wait was only about 15 minutes. It's small, very simple, not fancy in any way. The food was good, fresh, arrived hot. I had the corned beef hash breakfast and it was a lot of food. The corned beef is fresh (not canned) and was a little under... More

Service was excellent. Food was good. No biscuits. I asked why and they said they just do not serve them. We went expecting some great biscuits and eggs or gravy, so it was disappointing..

Dining area looked clean. Waitress was energetic, pleasant and attentive. I had eggs benedict. The eggs were very nicely cooked - not too soft and not too hard. The Hollandaise sauce was awful; it was like a white sauce without seasonings and with orange food coloring. It looked like a cheese sauce (not Hollandaise) but did not taste like cheese.... More

We stopped for an early (7:15am) breakfast on a Wednesday morning at the beginning of a short road trip, with only two other tables occupied, and the owners (who were present) made it clear that they know nothing about how to keep a restaurant "clean"! After my wife reported to the waitress how extremely dirty the TOILET was, one owner... More
