Great job!

We had dinner last night, all three of us had seafood. All dinners cooked perfectly and great onion rings before dinner. Stacey is a gem and Steve is also attentive. Thanks guys!

Do not judge the HI way house by the exterior, wonderful inside.. Excellent steak, be sure an ask for Mary Kay's famous Teriyaki sauce.. Good atmosphere, great Bar..

We went back to try the Hi Way House, we heard it was under new management. The food is still dreary. We had the Cajun sandwiches but they were far from being Cajun fare. Absolutely no zip. Inside is still dark and mid century. A shout out to the wait staff who were very courteous and helpful. They simply can't... More

My prime rib was tasty but very full of fat; that being said, I ate off it for two days after. My husband's hamburger was average. My asparagus was not cooked very well. They have these large metal disks in the middle of the tables, making it rather uncomfortable.

Well, we're heading here, but thought that giving a phone number would be a good way to start this review. We really enjoy eating here and expect to get awesome prime rib...drinks...and either an appetizer or yummy dessert. Don't judge this book by its cover -- the food and service are fantastic.

Went for my Birthday Dinner yesterday and had a fantastic meal. Had the Blackened Halibut and my Wife had the Captain's Plate. The dinner was excellent and the service was good. My wife's Captain's plate was so much food that she had a take out box and will have enough for lunch today.

The motel we were staying recommended this place. It is supposed to be steak and seafood. You do get a salad entrée and ice cream. The ice cream was the best part. I would give the food a c - and service a c.

We read reviews before going and thought we were going to have a good, if not special, meal. I have to say that our experience was nothing like what we had been led to believe. The service was fine but the food was simply horrible, close to the worst I have ever had. We ordered baked halibut and a Caesar... More

Loved the sexy lit red booth that my husband and I were escorted to on a quiet Thursday night. Thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere of this seemingly family run place with excellent wines, delicious food and sweet waitstaff. We had the salmon and the halibut, bisque and salad, baked potatoes (yay!) warm fluffy bread and much yumminess for dessert.

I just completed a review of the nearby Celilo Inn, which is much nicer inside than it appears from the road. The Hiway House is the same -- looks a bit like a scary roadside tavern from outside, but walk through the door, and it's like entering the living/dining area of a good friend's house. Very elegant, though not at... More
