We ate dinner here after a long day on the road. The server was friendly and brought everything we asked for fairly promptly. The Margaritas are very generous, served in tall water glasses. Plenty of tequila, good flavor, and very well priced - I think we paid about $6 for each one and it was larger than the usual double.... More

This is the same company as Los dos amigos , they have the same recipes . All recipes call for too much salt . There were four of us the seafood enchiladas were way way too salty , the person who ordered the chicken enchilada , she could not cut through the chicken , she left the whole plate with... More

They use fresh fruit instead of sweet and sour mix. Every item I've had has been delicious. The standard nachos and burritos as well as their specialties are delicious.

We were looking for a Mexican place to eat and we decided on this one. The food was good and it came out fast. The waiter was really quick with responding to what we needed. They always came back to check on us. Everything was really good. I would eat at this place again.

The Registat Guard gave this place a good review!! We waited 30mins for our food which was cold and not very exciting. The menu is extensive, maybe they should reduce and concentrate on something they are good at making. The beer choices are very limited and do not include any local draft beers. Not a place to go back to.

Foodwise this place is pretty typical of Americanized Mexican food. Fast, friendly service. Wouldn't hurt if they refilled the chips every once in a while though and maybe gave you more than one napkin.

The salsa was spicy and thin; I liked it. The chicken taquitos were good, but are more like flautas, I think: flour tortillas and rolled wide. The sopasilla I ordered came topped with whipped cream and a cherry, which I didn't expect. The restaurant at Gateway was not busy or noisy at all today (Sunday, about 4:00pm)

As another reviewer stated, this place is owned by the same folks who own Los Dos Amigos and both of these restaurants have the best Mexican food we have found in this area. The service is consistently good as well.

As far as sit down Mexican Restaurants go this and Los Dos Amigos (same owners I think) are the best that I have found in Eugene. I appreciate good mexican food and this is a cut above most.
