Lovely Spot for a Latte

Set in downtown Springfield on Main Street, this place has character. Huge windows, interesting architecture and a friendly staff. I will pass up the boring chain coffee shops anyway for a coffee date here.

This establishment has a pretty good variety of soups, sandwiches, desserts and so forth. Their location right downtown Springfield is handy for downtown area employees who seem to flock there probably due to it's convenient location, outside seating options, and pretty good meals.

Nice spot to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea. They make great sandwiches too. Some nice odds and ends to shop from as part of your relaxing visit. We love it.

One of the first businesses to come back to downtown Springfield as part of the revitalization of the area. Good space and good food.

Downtown Springfield (Washburne), Oregon, is recovering from its recent seedy past, with new restaurants opening and historic old homes being renovated. Washburne café is one of my favorites. They feature art, from high school to professional local talent. The food is good and the owner will chat with you if not too busy. If you get their newsletter, they will... More

I have eaten here for both a lunch meeting and friendly lunch date. Both were nice. Friendly service, good food. Healthy selection is a nice choice.

The Washburne Cafe is a great place to meet friends or family for lunch. It has a nice adult atmosphere and the food is made fresh. I've always had soup and a sandwich or salad and never been disappointed. Good value for your money spent.

We went for my birthday and we won't go back! The sandwiches aren't worth $8 a piece and the cremosa's were tasteless and not worth the $2 we were charged. We also sat there for a while wondering why everyone that got there after us were getting their food and drinks first. Finally we got our drinks but still no... More

Excellent food. Cute cafe, love the window seats. A pleasant local find for us. We will be going back again soon.
