Ciao Pizza was designed to offer the experience of an authentic Italian pizzeria. We serve made from scratch pizza, calzone, and pasta, along with appetizers, soups, salads, and desserts. Most menu items are baked in a classic wood and gas fired stone oven. The beverage menu includes an extensive wine seleciton, beet on tap, as well as bottled beer. The desserts are made by Excelsior's award winning pastry chef "Mama" Milka.

Hit-the-spot panini

Today we stopped in for lunch at Ciao Pizza and decided to share the Sicilian Panini (which comes with a cup of soup or side salad) and an extra side of salad. First off, there was plenty of food for two hungry adults in this shared meal. The sandwich was generous and both salads were plentiful... read more

This restaurant was recommended to me by the front desk of my hotel which was just across the street. The restaurant is impeccably clean and inviting. The menu had lots of great Italian dishes and pizza, but I was there for the best Calzone I have ever eaten! The ingredients were fresh and the Calzone was handmade and baked in... More

$34.95 for a large pizza plus a small salad. Even the 1/2 of a small pear and about 6 hazelnuts didn't make up for the cost. Will not be going back here again.

Traveling through town on our 3 day journey from WA to So Cal, we stopped by for pizza and such, on a promise of a warm environment in the cold weather! We tried the Roma pizza, Ribolitta soup and the tiramisu, which were all Delish and satisfying!!! Good service with a smile too! Highly recommended!

This is one of our favorite places to meet friends for lunch. LOVE their great food. Staff is attentive but we don't find them "chatty"

The food is pretty amazing, but it's slow because they cook it in a large, stone pit oven. Be prepared to wait a good 45 minutes for the food. Prices are a little high, but the portions are giant! LOVE the calzones & everything I've ever ordered from here.

This lovely little bistro is owned by Mauritzio - who also owns the Excelsior Hotel and restaurant in Eugene! Most of the desserts are actually made at the Excelsior and brought to Ciao! Many of the vegetables are raised on the farm by Mauritzio and his wife. Love the food - fresh and interesting. Can't wait to go back and... More

Tasty, thin and hand tossed crust. My hubbie and I shared a 12 inch Giardinere pie. Good beer and wine by the glass. They brought fresh, just out of the oven, complimentary and delicious bread before our pizza.Enjoyed our meal. Recommended.
