Description: Ciao Pizza was designed to offer the experience of an authentic Italian pizzeria. We serve made from scratch pizza, calzone, and pasta, along with appetizers, soups, salads, and desserts. Most menu items are baked in a classic wood and gas fired stone oven. The beverage menu includes an extensive wine seleciton, beet on tap, as well as bottled beer. The desserts are made by Excelsior's award winning pastry chef "Mama" Milka.

This is a hidden gem! I was told about this place from a staff member at a local hotel and I was not disappointed. I will be back!

Absolutely fantastic wood fired pizza. Reasonably priced and fantastic service. Very casual atmosphere with TV in the corner...located in strip center. Good beer choices and wine selection.

Flavor was good. Pasta is over priced for what seemed like fast food Italian. Service was good. If I come back it will be to try the pizza

The fam and I were really craving some wood fired pizza so we ate at Ciao Pizza. If I was only rating the pizza the overall would have been much higher. First thing, we were virtually ignored by the servers....so were the dirty, empty tables. When we walked in the only spots open to sit were at the bar or... More

The woodburn oven makes the pizza taste great. The bread sticks were delicious as well as the spinach raviolis. We even had enough to eat the leftovers for lunch the next day. Great service and prices also.

On a roadtrip, stopping for the night in Springfield, OR, and not wanting to get in the car again to find dinner, we asked the hotel desk clerk what she recommended that was walkable. Ciao Pizza was her answer but I said pizza is not my favorite thing. She encouraged us to try it anyway, saying there were many other... More

This used to be my all-time favorite place for pizza. Four months ago the pizza crust was hand-made/thrown and puffed up deliciously when baked in their oven. It was crisp and tender. The toppings were generous and the wonderful home-made sausage spread in large chunks. I don't know what happened since, but he crust was tough, crunchy, and hard to... More

Honestly can't rate the food. Never got the waitress to take an interest in us. Smelled great. Place was almost empty. Wait staff was standing around the end of the bar whispering and looking sour. After waiting quite a while and getting nothing but water (never even took our drink order) we left.
