We stopped here on Saturday on the road back to Bellingham. I ordered the Hobo scramble and can not believe how great it was. My wife ordered the lite meal which was 2 eggs, hash browns and toast. She split it with her mother and they were both full at the end of the meal. GREAT PRICES after leaving Seaside,... More

Ranks in the top-third of places we ate in Seaside. Service was excellent and food was better than average. We liked it well enough that it was one of only two establishments that got repeat business from our large group (17 in number).

We were staying in Seaside for the weekend and went to Dooger's for lunch and had such a good meal. We had been Alaska fishing 6 yrs before and had missed having halibut so we ordered that. I had mine sauteed and my husband had his grilled. The sauteed was the best!! Salad and fries were fresh and delicious and... More

I do not understand the good reviews of this restaurant. Limp pre-made salads, horrible fish and chips, nothing exceptional or better-than-average about it. Expected a good local restaurant, got mass-produced, bland, "serve-it-to-the-tourists" food.

The service was very slow. We had to ask repeatedly for items. The food was nothing special, especially for the prices being charged. The salad came from a bag and the shrimp topping tasted like it was just defrosted. The clam chowder was more clam soup than chowder and bland. We ordered halibut fish and chips. They started out ok,... More

I ate here with my teenage daughter for dinner. We expected just a 'diner' experience but were really impressed with the food and the service. My daughter had pasta and I got the vegetarian burger. Both were delicious and came with a choice of several sides. The portions were very generous and the price was extremely reasonable. The desserts were... More

This was a great surprise to our trip! They told us 25 minute wait but only waited 10 minutes for a good seat. The food was terrific! I had the fish and chips and the fish was very fresh, nice light coating and the serving was BIG even though I ordered the "lite" portion. My hubby ordered the calamari and... More

My wife and I dined here June 30, 2014. I had read mixed reviews but we enjoyed Dooger's! This was my wife's favorite clam chowder of our 7 day trip. (and she had clam chowder from a different restaurant every day!) We had a calamari appetizer that was the best I have ever eaten - tender and delicious! My wife... More

Lots of fish for the money with these fish and chips and very fresh as well. Lots of menu options, the service was good. The ambiance okay.

Doogers has been one of our favorite restaurants for over 20 years. We have never been disappointed with the food or the service. We love the clam chowder and the shrimp that tops the dinner salad is a nice bonus. We eat most of our meals there whenever we are in town.
