Stoppped at Dooger's to get a quick bite to eat and tried their clam chowder. Was really delicious and the staff at this restaurant was very kind and courteous.

We stopped for lunch here after a beautiful morning of walking on the shore. The staff was friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in. Nice open restaurant with lots of big windows to let in the sun and allowed you to look at the street and people watch. My husband ordered the turkey sandwich with salad. It came... More

Ordered an oyster sandwich and was pleasantly surprised. Oysters were juicy and perfectly cooked. The bread it was on was good and service was good too. I will definitely be eating here again.

After hiking Saddle Mountain near the Oregon Coast, we decided to drive into Seaside and have lunch before returning to Portland. We stopped in at Doogers and had a great lunch. The menu has a lot of different items. There is something to please everyone. The Doogers Burger is delicious. I recommend that you ask them to add an egg... More

Every time I have ever stayed in Seaside, I make sure the first night I am there I eat here. It is a tradition worth keeping because it is still one of the best places in town for a good meal.

We went here in search of good seafood after a less than satisfying meal the night before. The restaurant was updated and nice. We were seated with no wait. Service was friendly and quick. My daughter and granddaughter enjoyed steamer clams. I shared a nice seafood combination plate with the family. Very much enjoyed the options like sweet potato fries.... More

This is the best place for clam chowder - the Cannon Beach location is closed so we drove the few miles to Seaside two times during our 7-day stay in Cannon Beach. We tried a appetizer of crab cakes on our first trip and won't do that again. We had small shrimp and Caesar salads with the clam chowder the... More

Doogers clam chowder is the best ice ever tasted. Not thick and gooey. This clam chowder is strictly cream, butter, potatoes, and tender clams. Delicious !!

We have been to the Cannon Beach location several times. We really enjoyed it. That location is now closed so we went to the Seaside location. The clam chowder was excellent. Lots of clams and potatoes. I had the calamari, which was in strips, not the tentacles and rings that I like. That is not a problem, but the breading... More
