You are not welcome here, especially if you're on your own. I asked for a table for one, and the greeter said she would see, then asked if I had a reservation, then again said she would see. She walked off I thought to check with the girl behind the bar who I assumed had the bookings book. Then she... More

Based on reviews we'd read about this restaurant, our expectations were high. Not so fast. While the seafood fettuccine Alfredo was good, the julienne salad (seafood Louie) with 3 types of seafood - shrimp, smoked salmon, crab meat - was disappointing. In my opinion, the crab & salmon came from a can and were very salty.

I very, very rarely write reviews. However.. My wife and I were in Seaside this past week. The dining options are really underwhelming in Seaside; it's hard to find any decent food really. I wouldn't say I'm picky, I just expect good food, and fresh ingredients. We live in the NW, and Seaside, especially, is right on the ocean. There... More

We went to Maggie's on the Prom for our second time on August 2, 2014. We also went there for Thanksgiving dinner last fall. Both times our food was served cold and we had to ask the wait staff to heat it up. Our waitress was very rude this time. We told her we were there to celebrate our daughter's... More

Maggie's on the Prom had pretty good food, a friend and I ate an appetizer there one day with drinks then dinner the next evening. We were staying next door. The food was pretty good, nothing to write home about, but on both occasions the wait staff was really surly and not very nice. On the day we had appetizers,... More

Steamers and asiago artichoke spinach dip were great teasers. The clam chowder was to die for. I have never had such good clam chowder. Service was great. The salmon did not disappoint. The vegetable penne mac & cheese did not actually include vegetables. Maybe a misunderstanding? Fresh steamed crab was what I had been waiting for our whole time in... More

We stopped in for breakfast and we certainly have no complaints about the prompt service or the yummy pancakes. It was a nice way to spend our last morning at Seaside.

Went to breakfast yesterday and I was not impressed. We were in ear shot of the front desk and overhead they way the front desk gal was speaking to an unhappy hotel guest. Our food was ok but nothing to write home about. The service was again just okay and the gal bussing tables was the most unpleasant person. I... More

I am a mom to 3 kids so don't often get to get away for lunch. Had only a couple of hours to have lunch & explore downtown Seaside. Was walking down the promenade & this place looked upscale & really inviting. There was an outdoor open air deck. It took forever to have the waiter take my order, and... More
