Went to breakfast yesterday and I was not impressed. We were in ear shot of the front desk and overhead they way the front desk gal was speaking to an unhappy hotel guest. Our food was ok but nothing to write home about. The service was again just okay and the gal bussing tables was the most unpleasant person. I... More

I am a mom to 3 kids so don't often get to get away for lunch. Had only a couple of hours to have lunch & explore downtown Seaside. Was walking down the promenade & this place looked upscale & really inviting. There was an outdoor open air deck. It took forever to have the waiter take my order, and... More

Stopped by for lunch. Had a hamburger that was good. Wish it had a bit more meat to it. The furnishing look a bit worn with a future need of replacement. Parking is terrible to the point it makes you wonder if it is worth it or not to come here.

My husband and I recently dined at Maggie’s and had a wonderful experience. David, our service was courteous, attentive, and informative. The entire staff was pleasant. The restaurant setting was quaint and beautiful. The hotel lobby is right inside the restaurant so at times hotel guest are being checked-in, but that is part of this places’ charm. The lady who... It was hard to find a restaurant that served anything but seafood (I am allergic to seafood, but given we were in Seaside...) and hamburgers (really, how many different ways are there to make a hamburger?), Maggies was amazing. I ordered the pork chop with asparagus and roasted potatoes. The pork chop was lovely. My husband ordered the truffle mac... More

Crab cakes--best we've ever had! Clam chowder--excellent! The scallops were perfect, too. Service at Maggie's on the Prom was outstanding and the view was great. All this made for a memorable meal. Chef Josh Gregory was kind enough to share his method of searing scallops with us. We will return.

This is a smallish restaurant right on the prom. Good food but they are not very interested in having larger parties because they have a small kitchen.....too bad that they turn away profit.

Stopped in at 4:00 pm to Maggie's on the Prom to have dinner but was very disappointed that they don't start dinner service until 5:00pm. However our disappointment turned into elation when we ordered a happy hour meals. My husband had a hamburger with sweet potato fries, I had the burger also and added the pepper jack cheese and our... More

My wife and I had reservations for our anniversary dinner here. (July 1, 2014) Our hotel manager had recommended it and made our reservation well in advance. (days in advance -Manager said she and her husband are regulars) Our reservations were made for a certain table ( #5, I think - the manager's favorite for viewing the sunset) at 7:30PM... More
