If you have ever headed up to Mount Hood, you will notice the line of people coming out of a little red and white checkered building. There is no other donut shop that can compare to this place. Fresh variety of flavors that melts in your mouth. It is worth the drive coming out to Sandy. You will never be... More

Joes is one the last great scratch made donut places around. I am a huge fan of of buttermilk bars and Joes has the best ones around. They also make great cake donuts and maple bars.

Stopped by Joe's on the way out of town. The donuts were soooooo fresh. Please give me my donut soft and yummy. Got a custard filled maple glazed, an old fashioned, and a cronut. All really good. Loved the texture of the cronut. Add a couple of milks and you are good to go. Service was fast, and they were... More

Have been a joe's donut shop customer since the 70's.....moved away from Oregon many years ago.. however when I am in the area I find it impossible to not make a apple fritter stop..as good as I remember them in the 70's.....

Stopped at Joe's for a cup of joe and a couple of donuts. Average ambiance, average drip coffee (Mt Hood bold roaster), excellent donuts. I tried the maple bar, which was so soft and fresh it bent in half and the applesauce donut.....also top shelf!

As you pass through this little town on HWY 26, going to the Coast or to the Mountain, everyone knows where Joe's is. Go ahead, have the best maple bar anywhere at Joe's. (Not that I actually have, ha!). Also decent coffee.

Joe's Donuts has become an institution for those traveling to and from Mt. Hood. Their donuts are fresh and tasty and they open early! They always have a great selection, unless you choose to go in just before closing. Their coffee and lattes are reasonably priced and complement your sweet bakery choices.

Okay, I live in this town so you might think I am biased. But there is not a better donut on the planet! Truly. If you are a donut lover, then this needs to be on your list of "must stop" places. You can't miss the square little red and white checked building on your way through the small town... More

Great little donut shop in the small town of Sandy. Clean little bakery and yummies for the tummies. Seating is limited to a few tall tops and long tables where you can visit with other patrons.

We where in Portland the day before and tried to go to voodoo..but the line was two blocks long and the traffic and parking was just crazy so we didn't go. But, of course, now I'm craving donuts!!! The next morning we have a trip planned to Mt.Hood and I see "Joe's Donuts" sign!!! STOP! Well, I don't have to... More
