Best Donuts in Oregon!

If you are on your way to Mt Hood you have to up Hwy 26 and you have to go through The City of Sandy. There is no other way to go! Sooooooo, there's a little Donut Shop called Joe's, just past the signal in the middle of town. The little building on the right, painted in red and white... read more

Business trip, with 5 people and me driving in my Excursion. One of the guys in the back said, we have to stop at Joe's Donuts. Really? We had just come from a breakfast business meeting and we were headed back to Central Oregon. I soon realized we had to stop or there was going to be a mutiny. Everyone... More

Great donuts, unfortunately the coffee was burnt. I ordered a Glazed Donut and a Maple Bar to share with my girlfriend and while the donuts were delicious, the coffee left much to be desired.

For a LONG time I've always had a favorite place to go for a donut fix, but now?! THIS IS THE BEST! We came in today and got a few and these are by far the best around! The apple fritter was amazing!

Best donuts EVER...also, the employees were super nice (was expecting rudeness after seeing the other reviews). The outside of shop is a little seedy, but inside is clean and kind of cute. It must be difficult to keep it even remotely tidy with the constant run of customers...I certainly think it's worth a stop on the way up the mountain!!... More

We recently moved to sandy and as much as I love having these wonderful doughnuts close by I have a really hard time overlooking the rudeness of the employees. Its pretty common knowledge that this place isn't a nice and clean establishment...the building is old and seems very dirty. we came in and my son wanted a sprinkle doughnut. ..there... More

These are a must have on the way up the mountain. There are other donut places more famous in the area but these are the tastiest.

In Canada we have one of the greatest donut stores ever and it's called Tim Hortons but Within the last several years to save money they change the process and instead of making their donuts on site live there now premade in factories and ship to the stores. This of course has increase the profit margin for all the stockholders... More

If you haven't had a Cromut pastry here you haven't lived. You might as well go back to elementary school donuts at Voodoo. This deep fried croissant/donut is pure heaven was and is way less expensive than a bacon maple bar at Voodoos. Service at Joes on one occasion was darn right rude but maybe an abberation.

So we have tried them several times and EVERY TIME we have been disappointed. Inside the building it never seemed cleaned when we were there - broom and mop goes along way and no one ever said you only had to do it once a day! The dough seemed over worked which leads to a 'tough' product - which we... More
