Understaffing, although may give the owners higher profits in the short run, will eventually ruin repeat business. I have been there several times, while their food is fairly good and you get to choose your portions which is nice, the service is poor. more

The nicest thing about an excursion to Calamity Jane's in Sandy is the drive out there. We tried their Dundee site last year and were very disappointed (undercooked burgers and iffy service).
